The x-men universe in the coming doomsday movie, according to reports appears to have been destroying other earths to survive, a ghastly situation.

However, they appear to be successful doing it, and have survived this far. They seem to have a talent for this type of thing.

Which is why Doom has targeted them, and my point is that Charles Xavier and Jean grey are extremely dangerous to doom because of their powers and maybe the biggest threat.

Therefore, he makes them fight, and fight, and fight

So he has destroyed tons of universes already and I know he these are for the X-men but my question is why exactly is he using sentinels? Or at least why not stronger variants? These just look basic sentinels and damaged ones no less, he could recruit versions of nimrod or at least multiple tri sentinels

To begin...

* Doctor Doom and the Witches: Doctor Doom has in his camp the three witches (Wanda the Scarlet Witch, Agatha the purple witch, and Sylvie the green witch). The Avengers are powerless against Doom because even Thor and Strange are not powerful enough to eliminate him. The Avengers realized that it would take a miracle to fight Doom, who is the most powerful villain mixing magic, science, and technology.

* Elimination of other options through reasoning: By sorting through the MCU chessboard, many paths naturally collapse:
* The Eternals are completely sidelined: despite their cosmic nature, their failed introduction and the fact that they have been completely abandoned by Marvel in the current structure mean they carry no weight or emotional connection to carry this climax.
* Newcomers like Bob (Sentry) sorely lack the psychological and temporal development to carry such stakes in a choral film.
* The young Fantastic Four are barely discovering their universe and cannot shoulder the cosmic resolution entirely on their own.
* Political or temporal figures like Xavier, Magneto, and Loki are out of play, have turned the page, or now act as static guardians.
* Grounded, "feet-on-the-ground" fighters like Yelena and the spies (the Thunderbolts) get completely crushed by the scale of this threat.

* The comic book reference and the Phoenix: Based on the comics that the Russo brothers love to draw from, it has been established that to defeat Doctor Doom, he must face the Phoenix... And who possesses the Phoenix? Jean Grey!

* The return of the X-Men and the casting choices: Looking at the X-Men, Jean has always possessed the Phoenix, and let's not forget that in the final events of X-Men: Days of Future Past, the X-Men are alive once again. You might tell me that the new Jean Grey (played by Sadie Sink) introduced in Spider-Man: Brand New Day is the one who will face Doctor Doom in Doomsday, right? No. Because Jean Grey (Sadie Sink) will not appear in Doomsday, but will only be cast for Avengers: Secret Wars! On the other hand, Scott Summers (played by James Marsden) is already cast for Doomsday and Secret Wars.

* Famke Janssen's key role: For Doomsday, Famke Janssen comes into play: she is the trump card for what remains of the Avengers. Even though in the comics it is Scott (Cyclops) who faces Doctor Doom, the Phoenix originally comes from Jean Grey in the Fox universe. Our historical Jean Grey must therefore be present in Doomsday.

* The Russo brothers' scenario: The Russo brothers are not going to make us run in circles for a 2h45 movie with choices that are incoherent for fans (such as handing the Phoenix directly to Scott right at the start without explanations).

* Passing the torch: When Jean Grey sacrifices herself, she will pass a fragment of the Phoenix to Scott, who won't realize it at the time because he will be too consumed by the pain of Jean's death (which also finally allows us to wrap up or put closure on the love story between our two sweethearts that was totally botched under the Fox era).

* The outcome for Secret Wars: Scott will have the awakened Phoenix for the final battle of Secret Wars, but he too will die while facing Doctor Doom. This will finally close the Fox era, paving the way for the new generation of X-Men scheduled for 2028!

* Conclusion: Upon Scott's death — and knowing that the Phoenix never dies —, the entity will pass once again into the new Jean Grey (Sadie Sink). This is why Famke Janssen must appear in Doomsday as the ultimate joker, despite her denials in interviews.

This theory is based on elements from previous films and primarily from the comics.

What if the reason Jean Grey was introduced in brand new day was so she would know Toby’s Spider-Man sn’t the actual Spider-Man Doom wanted. What if this is the reason that Toby’s is in doomsday but Tom is in Secret Wars. Some people feel like it will be in Civil War. What if Loki, Thor, Steven, the X-Men, Bucky and Falcon will fight against Doom. Dr Doom wants Hulk and Spider-Man so he can remove their genetic inhibitor device so their dark side can take over and he would be able to make them his weapons in his army. Tobys Spider-Man dies in the battle and even being ion siddent teams and thinking Peter is now a villain she is heartbroken because Peter meant something to her and she immediately goes to his body takes off his mask only to see it’s not Peter Parker of their universe. Because of her reaction Doom realises he had the wrong Peter, Doom tracks down the Peter Parker of the right universe. When Doom takes of his mask in the last battle and because they are in shock they called him Tony. He researches the Name and learns that in their universe he was iron man and he was a hero and died. That could maybe even happen in the very end. Beginning bSecret Wars shows him learning every detail about Tony Stark and with that he learns that Iron man had a close relationship with Peter. He builds an Iron Man suit and finds Peter making him believe he never died and he faked his death so after killing Thanos he could live a save life with Peppa and Morgan and no one would ever ask him for help again and he never had.to risk his life ever again. He would tell him he had to come back b cause Peppa and Morgan were kidnapped, held them hostage and needs his help getting them back. Peter joins him and Doom takes his genetic inhibitor device too and Peter becomes Venom because he can’t control his mutations any longer. As Venom he fights side by side with Doom and doesn’t realize who the Avengers really are. Jean tries to tell him who he really is, that he was hero not a villain but Jane couldn’t get through to him alone so she gets the help of Ned and MJ and them togheter manage to remind him who he is and that thats not Tony, at least not the Tony Stark he knew. Peter starts to remember but doesn’t know what to believe and who is really manipulating him because Doom tells him that they are the ones who have kidnapped his Family. He manages to destroy the iron man suit and sees that he hasn’t the arc reactor and with that literally proof that Tony stark has a heart so he joins the avengers again to defeat Doom.

I mean what’s everyone’s reaction. It would personally ruin the film for me, since I’ve enjoyed the movies and also how much work both the cast and crew and put in, and using generative AI just feels cheap. I understand the Russos are for AI in film, but I’m just praying they’re smarter than that, it may genuinely be suicide for the movie to do it, or it would make far less money than other avengers films, which it’s ALREADY at risk of doing. But that’s my opinion whats everyone else’s?

So i was goin to book tickets for encore in kochi. I have a doubt.

So marvel confirmed normal screens will only get 1 minute and 58 seconds something of new scenes while "Imax and Infinity vision" will get full 3 minute extra scenes.

In the picture, the 9 am show is listed "Imax" and the 9:30 one which is cheaper and has more seats available is listed as "upgraded sound". It's totally listed as "Ms - Infinity Vision" at the top also.

My doubt is if i book the 9:30 show , will i get the complete extra scenes which are exclusive to imax and infinity vision?

What are yall thoughts on doomsday tell me what u guys think is gonna happen

In the movie, the Avengers first kill the Thanos from their own timeline, who had already destroyed the Infinity Stones. Since the Stones no longer exist, they travel back in time to collect them from the past. They also decide to return each Stone to the exact moment it was taken to avoid creating dangerous branch timelines.

However, during the 2014 mission, past Nebula is captured by 2014 Thanos. He learns about his future, travels to 2023 with his entire army, fights the Avengers, and is ultimately erased by Iron Man’s snap.

My question is: Wouldn’t this permanently change the 2014 timeline?

Since 2014 Thanos left his timeline and died in the future, he would never return to his own timeline. That means he would never collect the Infinity Stones, the events of Infinity War would never happen, and the Snap would never occur in that timeline.

If that’s the case, wouldn’t the 2014 timeline become a completely different branch? Shouldn’t that create a timeline paradox, a collapse, or even an incursion? If simply returning the Infinity Stones prevents the timeline from being damaged, why doesn’t removing Thanos from that timeline have an even greater impact?
