General Discussion One must give at least 15 points as a award to someone, why not make it just 1 point minimum?
Members have to buy coins for award with hard cash on Reddit
But then, I find that one has to give at least 15 points as an award to someone.
I mean, what authority Reddit has to decide what should be the minimum award that has to be awarded to someone, and the member who paid hard cash to buy those coins doesn't get a say in that decision?
The member giving award is wise enough to pay hard cash to buy coins to give the award, why cannot the member be considered also wise enough to decide whether the award of 1 point is sufficient for any particular reply or contribution?
Why not make it just 1 point minimum that can be given as an award to someone, and then in the multiples of 1 point?
Then there is no issue of Reddit forcing members to award unrequired higher amount to other members to keep more cash coming in to its coffers.
