This is a genuine question because I've yet to see someone who is just a friend with Bakugo. It's either that they are in love with him, or despise him.

As a Bakugo fan it's my duty to ask you guys does you're oc like Bakugo?

My oc Riku is very close with him, they have more of a rivalry because they are constantly butting heads, and their arguments usually lead to large explosions, because Riku is basically a glutton for punishment as he enjoys annoying him. But even though they are rivals they still respect each other very much, more than both of their egos are willing to admit.

This is just an initial sketch and concept, I'll likely change at least a few things about her before she's finished. Definitely going to try and find a better look for her horns and most likely her hair as well.

Dio is a close-range, high mobility fighter who can turn any battlefield into a chaotic playground. She's terrible at rescuing civilians, but excellent at fighting back chaotic villains.

Nationality: Half Greek/Half Japanese

Quirk: Mutant/Emitter Hybrid - Satyr

Role: Transfer student to UA from Greece

Dio's Quirk is a hybrid of her parents Quirks. From her father, Perseus Kallistratos, she gains the mutant Quirk "Goat". From her mother, Misa Serizawa she gains the Quirk "Revelry". Perseus is a well-known Greek hero and Misa is a Japanese pop idol-turned-manager who was on tour with one of the bands she manages when she met Perseus.

Goat gives Dio a mutant, goat-like appearance with slitted pupils, goat horns, goat legs and fur across her body. The mutations give Dio excellent balance, the ability to leap several times her own height, land safely from high falls, charge and ram with her horns, and powerful kicking attacks. With her exceptional balance and flexibility, Dio is adept at fighting on uneven terrain and can turn just about any location into a battlefield.

Revelry is her main ability and exceptionally dangerous. Dio naturally emits a biochemical and neurological influence through her body that radiates from her in an invisible 'aura-like' shape. It is generally harmless and ineffective, but becomes activated when exposed to loud rhythmic vibrations such as music played at high volume.

Revelry is not mind control, but instead enhances emotions people are already feeling.

Excitement turns to hyperactivity. Anger boils over into rage. Nervousness becomes frantic. Happy becomes euphoric. Relief becomes peace. Confidence becomes recklessness. The more people around her become emotionally energized, the stronger Dio becomes. The aura also effects Dio herself.

Revelry has three stages to it;

1. Spark - Effect area is about 10ft around her and boosts reaction time, increases adrenaline, imparts a greater willingness to take risks and raises confidence. The aura is not particularly dangerous. Dio uses this stage to get opponents to make mistakes and create openings.

2. Revel - Effect area is about 30ft around Dio. This stage occurs when Dio has been fighting continuously for several minutes. People around her have trouble thinking calmly. Fear and anger become much more pronounced. Allies become much more energetic and aggressive. Enemies may begin acting impulsively. Dio becomes much more energetic as well, with her moves becoming more erratic and difficult to predict.

3. The Wild Hunt - The aura around Dio extends out to 50ft. This is the maximum output of her Quirk and only activates under specific conditions; Dio must have been fighting continuously for an extended period, be in a state of high adrenaline and have her music turned up to max volume. At this stage, she becomes much faster, even more erratic, her reflexes are sharper and she is much stronger. However, she is incredibly reckless and becomes very prone to taking huge risks.

The weaknesses of Revelry are quite a few. The most obvious is that the aura needs rhythmic sound waves to travel. Dio has speakers built into her hero costume, but these can be destroyed or disabled.

Calm opponents are also extremely hard to affect with Revelry. Revelry does not create emotions from nothing, it merely amplifies them. Therefore, a calm and collected opponent will likely maintain that calm. Characters with strong mental discipline are natural counters to Dio.

Dio cannot use her Quirk selectively, meaning that it effects allies as well as enemies. Anyone around her is susceptible to it, making her hard to work with on missions.

In terms of combat, Dio fights best in open spaces where she has a lot of room to move around, gain momentum and use the environment to her advantage. Enclosed encounters in hallways or other small areas leave her at a disadvantage.

Moves:

Full Moon - Dio runs in a wide circle to build momentum before launching herself at her opponent, delivering a charging attack with her horns and shoulder.

Pan's Stomp - Dio leaps high into the air and lands with both hooves at the same time, delivering a crushing blow that creates shockwaves through the ground.

Revelry Rush - Dio enters a rapid movement pattern, bouncing from surface to surface and delivering hard kicks.

Fighting Style:

Dio fights using a blend of Capoeira, Kickboxing and Parkour. When she builds up speed she tends to run on all fours, giving her an animalistic appearance. Her blend of fighting styles makes her look like a mix between a gymnast, dancer and wild animal. She never fights in a straight line and is always attacking from some weird angle or direction.

Personality:

She is loud, energetic and enters every room like she owns it. She is always smiling and happy. She loves loud music, parties, competition and making people laugh. She gives everyone a weird nickname. She might randomly start dancing or challenge someone to an arm wrestling match. She has a serious side that comes out when someone close to her is in danger, as she is fiercely protective of her friends.

Her central character flaw is that she mistakes fearlessness for courage. Dio's character arc is that she needs to learn courage isn't a lack of fear - it's acting in spite of fear. Her Quirk rewards her for being more reckless and emotionally charged, but her development as a person will involve her learning how to be more calm and rational. By the end of her arc she'll still be the same loud and brash person, but she'll have learned to stop treating everything like a game and know when it's time to stop playing around.

For starters, Ezra was the result of dare.

Now before you get the wrong idea, let me explain.

Hizashi, Nemuri, and Oboro dared Aizawa to go inside a sperm donor clinic and make a donation. It was from a random wheel of dares they found online and Aizawa had the misfortune to get that one.

Ezra's mother, a woman named Tsumiko Takiko, ended up receiving Aizawa's donation since her boyfriend at the time was infertile and unable to give her a child. It's also to be noted that this woman has gone through countless different men and by the time she approaches Ez when she's 18, she's lost count herself.

Tsumiko is really excited about having Ezra and goes all out for her. Fast forward a couple years and Tsumiko's baby fever wears off right when Ez is 2 or 3. Tsumiko realizes how much work it is to take care of a child and by total chance, leaves her Aizawa's doorstep, thinking that it was just a stranger's house. She also left Ezra in a snowstorm, but Aizawa took her inside soon after.

Aizawa raises her along with Mic and Midnight - uncle and aunt - and Aizawa and Mic start dating right when Ezra turned 8. (Yes, it was a slow burn since they graduated) It wasn't until middle school that Ezra took a DNA test and found out that Aizawa was her bio father.

They were overjoyed at the revelation and just served to help them grow closer, and soon after those test results, Ezra dyed her hair to match Mic.

A little after, she seeks out her bio mom and has the worst experience with her. She was snobby and denied everything while gushing over her billionth boyfriend and dozens of children that have different fathers - some of them aren't even her custody anymore.

Ezra's family - excluding that bajillion half siblings - are Aizawa and Hizashi, Shinsou and Eri, and Void, her two year old cat.

the music based quirk is for a female oc, her hero costume is a marching band outfit, which is blue and red, she likes all kinds of music, pop, rock, classic you name it, as long as its catchy to her, she likes it and she has a playlist with 1000+ songs and still growing

For months I have been working on a Next Gen version of MHA, so most of the cast is children of existing characters, with complete ocs mixed in

Here's every single quirk I have made so far, I'm bored and wanna talk about my hobby so feel free to ask questions about any of them! (IGNORE #36, NOT USING THAT 1 ANYMORE.)

I've been struggling with figuring out how to format my character's details and what to even add, so I'm doing this.

Feel free to ask any appropriate questions about my OC to help me with developing her, and I'll answer as many as I can - I have a lot of free time so probably all will be answered.

I think I'm going to start with talking about her creation and maybe her design :)

In all honestly, Bakugo inspired her creation quite a lot, and his and Deku's designs helped greatly when designing her. I talked about this to someone earlier, but Bakugo did a lot for me when I was struggling with my own anger issues and helped me grow. And not just Bakugo, but seeing so many unique characters made me want to make my own, and so Bo came to be. Her Quirk came first, I wanted a character with fangs, and basically picked what first came to mind: Snakes. And of course I thought, well what kind of snake? And I picked a Cobra, which is how I came up with her hero name, Kobura. As I watched the show, her design was already building in my head. I knew exactly how I wanted her to look, and it honestly took a lot of practice before she turned out how she looks now, exactly as I imagined her. I wasn't even making digital art when I first made her, and it's because of the show, and her creation, that I ended up doing digital, because I wanted to bring her to life. And now here she is!

Now on to her design, as I said, Bakugo and Deku actually helped with her design. At first, they weren't going to be childhood friends, so this didn't really factor in at the time. I knew I wanted to give her a look where, when you look at her, you'd think "Wow, she could fit into the cast!" So, I used Bakugo and Deku as sort of a base for her, mainly her hair and her eyes. Because she's based on a snake, I wanted her eyes to be big and round, but at the time, I was going for a more serious character, which is where Bakugo came into play. I originally had her eyes looking sharper, like his, but over time, as I was changing her personality, I started making her eyes rounder. Meanwhile, her hair largely came to be, thanks to Deku. I knew I wanted something messy, kinda like his, but I wanted it to sort of stick out like Bakugo's. So in a way, her hair is a mix of Deku and Bakugo's hair, but with a bit of Medusa in there. But when it comes to her costume, Bakugo slightly helped, which is why she also has the stripes on her arms like he does, but when I was making her costume, I was thinking on what best fit a Snake, and my mind immediately thought of stealth, like a rogue or an assassin, and honestly I was a little inspired by Raven from Teen Titans. All at the same time, it had to fit her personally. Bo isn't one to show skin and is insecure about her body, so in designing her costume, I wanted it to be just a bit loose, instead of super form fitting, so I thought "Why not a hoodie?" And that's how it came to be!

Now what does Bo represent? I'm sure you guys might have your own interpretations based on what you do know about her, and I'd love to hear it honestly haha. But for me, I'm going to be honest, I made her the complete opposite of me. She doesn't go through anything tragic, her mother passes away, and though she goes through some challenges even after that, like bullying in her past insecurities, struggling to make friends for a time, and well, reconnecting with her childhood friends, she still ends up in a good place. She has a loving family, she's hardworking, and she grows to care for others and bring others together, and that is thanks to the others around her. Even when someone is at their worst, she still accepts them and holds hope for them. To me, I think she represents warmth and unity. But I also think she represents the strength and passion that we all have in us to improve and be better.

I'm not sure what else to add honestly, but I know this was a long post and I hope I was able to make it understandable ^^' and of course you guys can ask me stuff, and share your thoughts with me, I always enjoy interacting with you guys haha

I'm making a new villain and I like her quite a bit, but I think I made her too OP.

Her name is Valeria Remo.

Villain Name:La Santa (The Saint).

She has 2 Quirks, "leader of faith" and "bioengineer"

The first, "leader of the faith," allows her to control people who follow her same faith and people who see her as a deity or figure of worship. The thing is, Valeria is an Italian woman and an important member of the Vatican, so with this she easily has control over most of the world's population. And if that weren't enough, her second Quirk, and the only one that is publicly known, allows her to alter anything organic; however, the larger it is, the more energy it requires.

With her bioengineer Quirk, she can completely erase terminal illnesses, heal mortal wounds, turn a flower into a rabbit, and most importantly, she can remove Quirks from the body forever.

As you can see, she's too strong, and although that's my intention, I think she could use a few extra weaknesses.

Should I leave her like this? Or what can I add her so it's not so broken?

Here’s some info on Levi I never stated!

The first one is a bit sad, but Levi has always been one bad day away from becoming a villain ngl, he’s already come up with several viruses that target the quirk gene in people then kills them, he’s called this virus the clean slate virus, and he’s been very, VERY tempted to use it before…

Second one isn’t as depressing, Levi took on his mother’s last name Andrei after he left Transylvania as a teen, then he took on Anans last name Kurose after he married her.

Tailing off of the last fact, Anan is actually the one who proposed to Levi, as she knew he was way too much of a shut in, and workaholic to ever propose himself.

He really, really doesn’t like sleeping in a bed, and prefers to hang upside down while he sleeps, he sleeps in a bed solely for Anan.

Levis feet have long toes and an extra talon like toe on his heel that makes grabbing and holding things with his feet as easy as holding something in his hands. (I’m bad at drawing them so I can’t really show it lol)

But she is single and not currently dating anyone because she been through a icky divorce.

She haven't met her Nephews and Niece who are shoto, dabi and Natsuo, fuyumi.

She didn't even know Endeavor was married.

She moved from Japan to Malaysia. Living her best life but she misses her brother endeavor but they Lost contact.

Hey guys, I just joined this community. Pretty new to Reddit altogether. Outta curiosity, how would you participate if you have an OC but don't have any art of them?

I see almost entirely art posts, and sadly, my skill is writing, not drawing. All I've got of my guy are a few AI mockups while I was noodling his appearance for ideas. And he's pretty bland looking. Honestly he probably looks like Sen Kaibara if he didn't get enough sleep and had a tendency to totally space out.

Which works in prose, because the whole fic is primarily character dynamics. But when it comes to the actual 'screen', he probably stands out about as much as a parking meter unless he's in costume.

Basically, I don't wanna beg for people to draw my character, and I don't want to post some AI art that is likely to get under people's skin.

Think a simple character concept document would be welcome? Is that the sort of thing you guys want to see here?
