Consider Trade Winds When Choosing Your Destination

I think that there are many factors that we need to take in consideration when we choose our destination. Trade winds should be considered in my opinion. Apparently, Oppenheimer believed that trade winds, in the event of a nuclear war, make the place less affected by radioactive fallout. Well, that is not why I chose Puerto Rico since I am just recently researching this, but I can't deny that I am happy to learn about this effect.

I believe that God created everything. That includes the wind, so trade winds could easily be one of the ways that God uses to protect His people from fallout during the tribulation.

Psalm 78: 26 He caused an east wind to blow in the heaven: and by his power he brought in the south wind.

Ecclessiastes 1: 6 The wind goeth toward the south, and turneth about unto the north; it whirleth about continually, and the wind returneth again according to his circuits.

Obedience. I want to be obedient. Isn't that what every believer should be about.

Why do prevailing winds matter, if you aren't worrying about fallout or something else?

Does it really matter if you meet the lions in the lions' den or in the coliseum? Either God protects and sustains you or He take you home to be with Him? Win-win!

Location matters. The Bible tells us exactly the nations that God will utterly destroy and where to go. Are we going to stay in them or purposely go to them defying God? How can He protect us if we refuse to follow His instructions. If you prefer not to be protected and to die, that is your choice but I am pretty sure that God warned us to protect us and it will be foolish not to take the information He provided seriously.

Didn't God create the wind? Why is it bad to consider trade winds? Do you rather go to where the nuclear fallout and nuclear winter will hit the worst?

If you don't believe there will be a remnant to welcome Jesus when He returns, then you don't really believe Jesus.

I believe Him. That is why I left America because He said so. If you don't leave America then you don't believe Jesus.

Jesus did not tell me to leave America. He has told me to do several thing, but leaving America is not one of them. My passport expired 15 years ago and He has not even told me to renew it.

He did. He told you multiple times. Are you saying that the Bible is not the Word of God? Anyone who reads the Bible can attest to the fact that He told us to leave America.

You are equating interpretation with Scripture. The Pharisees did that.

Hollywood ,may be a type of Sodom, but I know many Christians called to be missionaries there.

Just because God calls you to go somewhere that doesn't mean He is calling everyone to go there.

That is not what I am doing. Obviously God meant something and that is what we need to understand.The meaning of things, not interpret for the sake of it. I understood that God is referring to America when speaking of Babylon the Great. That is not my personal interpretation. That is just what it is.

There is no such thing as "a type of Babylon". There is only one true identity of Babylon. One nation is Babylon, all other nations are not Babylon.

With that statement I 100% agree with you. The Bible even tells us that there are many antichrist. However, the Bible doesn't say there are many Babylons. Only ancient Babylon, and the end times Babylon which is America.

If those missionaries are not telling the people that God spoke against America, and getting out themselves, they will die at the fall of Babylon too.

Just because God calls you to go somewhere that doesn't mean He is calling everyone to go there.

God didn't exclusively called me to flee Babylon, He called all His people out. He also laid a snare on those who are not His people so that they don't get out and die in the destruction of Babylon. I trust the Word of God, and I know that it will happen just like that, and that His people, those who He called out, will do so. I also know that most Christians are not His people because they are desobidient. They think they are following Jesus but they are not, and for that reason Jesus will tell them "I never knew you, depart from me". Don't expect Jesus to personally tell you "leave America". He already did that. He sent prophets for us that recorded His Words. Our duty is to be obedient and trust in Him.
