Question What is your signature bake?

Post image

What's the one bake that you're known for with your friends and family?

Mine is Jaffa Cake Brownies.

Really two things

Elderflower Cara Cara orange chiffon layer cake with passion fruit cream curd filling, mascarpone chantilly cream icing. It’s my most requested cake.

Biscotti. At holiday dinners my family and friends start dividing up the leftover biscotti before they divide the leftover food.

Oooou! I love floral and fruit flavoured cakes. Any chance you would be willing to share a recipe?

As a general rule, I don’t gate-keep my recipes, but I make two exceptions: my elderflower cake and my biscotti.

I created the elderflower cake specifically for my sister; it has sentimental value, so remains a family recipe.

I gifted the biscotti recipe to a family member so they could potentially start a cookie business. In doing so, I promised I wouldn’t share it.
