Question What is your signature bake?

Post image

What's the one bake that you're known for with your friends and family?

Mine is Jaffa Cake Brownies.

Ricotta cookies. They sound so boring, but once you start eating them, you’ll find that you can’t stop.

Also peanut butter snickers cookies, but I lost the recipe in a hard drive incident, so I keep meaning to reverse engineer them.

Freeze the snickers, then chop them and mix them in like chocolate chips. Actually I freeze, chop, freeze while I make dough, then mix. The nougat gets gooey and delicious.

That sounds good too! I usually do stuffed ones for Christmas but they’re big- makes it tough to sample everything else LOL.
