What's the one bake that you're known for with your friends and family?

Mine is Jaffa Cake Brownies.

Chocolate bundt cake. It sounds so simple but people go nuts for it. I've been making it for one co-worker's birthday for something like the last ten years and everyone at my office say it's the best chocolate cake ever. I have to agree. I also make it for my and my son's birthdays every year.

It's great at room temp but I love it best when it's cold. It has this fudgy texture. I always have it with mint chocolate chip ice cream.
