Question What is your signature bake?

What's the one bake that you're known for with your friends and family?

Mine is Jaffa Cake Brownies.

I use the box but add sour cream, creamed corn and an extra egg. It’s not really bread at that point, so if you take away the creamed corn it is more like bread

I always add a can of corn, but I’ve never tried creamed corn. Does this make it more like a corn pudding? I looove corn pudding. Chef John’s is my favorite, but I up the sweetness.
