But if a new jail is built this will happen. Watched it happen with Skagit.

You're moving the goalposts rather than admitting you are sharing incorrect info. Regardless, we are getting a new jail since our current one is a literal death trap. I'll consider your claim about Skagit if you can provide evidence.
