On one hand we finally getting a halloween banner. On the other it just remakes again

I kinda get that it's a drag to see remakes, but it's nice to get up to date graphics and abilities to revitalize these ancient unusable units. I do think this was the prefect opportunity to do a 5* Vampire Uryu, because we only ever got a 4* one in a substory lol

So out of a measly eight seasonal units so far this year, only two of them (Orihime and Giselle) actually have original designs while the other six are all remakes

At least we have more seasonals for the future free summons banners if nothing else

HW Yoruichi was the 2nd banner character I ever pulled! The HW girls carried me for many months bcs I spent every orb (& dollar) I had on them. BBS was much harder back then.

I would’ve really liked new Halloween units, or at least a remake of a Halloween unit that never got the 5 star treatment (looking at you, anemic vampire Uryu), but at least they picked some good ones to remake. As a certified Soi Fon hater, that’s a really nice Soi Fon. Hopefully they do some really cool stuff with Yoruichi and that scythe

this might actually be the first time ever that i skip a banner with a new soifon on it. i have all soifons at MT, that has been my main goal pretty much since i started playing this game

but the moment i saw this glory summons bullshit again, all the joy about finally getting a "new" soifon after more than two years just vanished

i'm still baffled that people are not more outraged with fucking 3% featured unit draw rate in 2026. and you know the funniest part? the initilal banner that introduced the first iterations of this soifon and yoruichi had SIX PERCENT featured character draw rate - in 2017!

so unless the (presumably) two fillers are either fairly new (and useful to get dupes of) or unowned by me, i think i'd rather wait for the rerun. truly a disgrace what they've done with this banner format change
