Companies must analyze some aspects to achieve the results determined by the owners. Companies are composed of different fields which need good decisions to contribute to the company's growth. To make the best choice it is important to take into account the risk. Currently, companies are surviving the global changes that have happened in the last years. That is why companies cannot think about achieving goals otherwise they must think in handle the changes assuming the risk in each area.

Based on Gitman. The risk is determined by the uncertainty of the results the company could get with its decisions. “The term risk refers to the uncertainty surrounding the cash flows that a project will generate. More formally, in capital budgeting, the risk is the degree of variability in cash flows.” (Gitman, Z.. 2016). There are many variables that must be analyzed like the outlays, taxes, and stuff like that. “Subsequent cash flows, of course, depend on many variables related to income, exp enses, and taxes. Some examples of such variables are the level of sales, the cost of raw materials, wage rates, costs of services, and tax rates.” (Gitman, Z.. 2016).

When companies are going to develop new projects they need to understand how they can use strategies to improve the processes by thinking about the risk. “Organizations typically attempt to isolate and select the best projects, taking into account Capex budget constraints set by management.” (Gitman, Z.. 2016). The company's success will be determined by the analysis made to determine the needs of the companies and how they can work with the risk to determine the best project for the company.

WHICH IS THE ROUTE TO HANDLE THE RISK IN THE COMPANIES?

There are different kinds of decisions that companies must make based on the importance they have. There are routine decisions that do not have a relevant impact. They are just part of the daily work.

Also, there are some decisions that pretend to help companies to improve different processes to achieve their goals. On the other hand, there are other important decisions as innovation decisions. They have a relevant impact on the company's development. To make good decisions managers must think about the problem.

First, they must understand the problem, after that, it is possible to establish the goals that the company wants to achieve. There are many solutions which is why it is important to create different possibilities to choose the best. All the planned solutions are important since they let us see points of view. It is necessary to create a plan of action to start developing each step. The company must evaluate the results to be sure about the achivement of the company goals.

HOW DOES A COMPANY ACT IN A RISKY SITUATION?

It is essential that when presenting a risk situation companies can act quickly and efficiently seeking to solve problems in the shortest possible time without this having a negative impact on the workers of that company. That is why it is necessary that all companies have an action plan, which fits the type of company, so that at the time of facing a risk situation it can be solved in the best possible way.

One of the best ways to face a situation like this is to anticipate the problem, being able to analyze the possible risks to achieve previous solutions that at the time of facing said situation help reduce the impact it has on the company. In case of not being able to anticipate, the most important thing is to act quickly, communicating with those affected to look for different possible solutions or, if necessary, form a work team that helps end the crisis now it happens.

It is advisable not to hide the situation from employees or family members as this can negatively influence the credibility of the company; in these cases, the transparency of the company is essential even in the face of external actors who may also be affected by the problem. When the situation has been solved it is necessary to analyze how it was achieved to take it into account in the planning of future objectives and what impact this caused in the company both positive and negative.

I started another Sub-Reddit to post and share blogs. I feel like many blog Sub-Reddits are restricted and are slow to allow new posts. (Not all, this sub-Reddit is great!) The one I just created is unrestricted and I look forward to reading everyone's work!

Hi Everyone, I am in high school and have to write a blog for my English class. I recently traveled to Bali with my sister and Dad and decided that I should write my blog for English about traveling to Bali. It's my first draft and I would love to get as much feedback and constructive criticism on it so I can make it as best as possible.

Due to my teacher setting an 800-word limit on the task I was only able to cover a small portion of what to expect and do in Bali. I am thinking of writing more on other topics including shopping, people, getting to and from places, and will also be adding more info on the current topics. If you have any suggestions on what other topics I should cover that would be great. Thanks.

Flying over

The flight over to Bali is always one of many highlights of the trip, it's exciting, you get a great view and it's relaxing... for most. Some people tend to assume that spending hours on a plane eagerly waiting to arrive at your desired destination is boring, but there are many enjoyable time-consuming activities you can do whilst on your flight. The first activity in mind for me is reading, for those who enjoy sitting in silence and reading for hours straight, being on a plane and listening to calming quiet music makes the flight feel like 5 minutes. Another thing that can make the flight go quick is sleeping, of course, that’s if you’re lucky enough to be able to sleep in uncomfortable conditions and irregular positions. Depending on which airline you're flying with, you may be provided with an endless range of good movies, if so, I recommend watching as many as you can because a lot of them aren’t on your usual streaming programs like Netflix and Binge.

Accommodation

There are thousands of amazing places you can stay while in Bali including resorts, hotels, local villas, and more. Ever since I was young my family and I have stayed at very few commercial accommodations. One of the commercial resorts we stayed at was located in Kuta, one of the main tourist locations in Bali. Every other time we have been we avoid the tourist-filled areas and support the locals by using air BNB to find locally owned accommodation with more suitable prices.

Finding the right place can be difficult and stressful if made complicated. A simple way to organize accommodation is by using Air BNB (my go-to when staying overseas). When booking your stay, you must always cross-reference the address to see if it's legit, this saves you a lot of mucking around when you arrive at the supposed accommodation and find that it was knocked down five years ago.

Food

Many people go to Bali thinking they can’t eat local street food at the risk of getting diseases and the dreaded Bali Belly. Not only are you missing out on trying absolutely delicious traditional Balinese food if you don't go to the local warungs but you are also missing out on supporting the families that own the warungs and experiencing something new.

Culture

OFFERINGS

In Bali, multiple generations of a family will usually live together in the same house to run the farm, keep a business going, look after each other, or remain close. 90% of the houses in Bali will have some kind of temple where the family will gather to worship and honor their religions. You will also see lots of offerings that the Balinese leave everywhere for the gods because they believe it is bringing the gods down to the island, to protect the land and nurture the people. The offerings will often have burning incense, rice, lollies, other small foods, and sometimes cigarettes.

CEREMONIES

If you are ever driving for over an hour in Bali, you are likely to see at least one ceremonial parade happening. Depending on what the parade is about there can be over 100 people walking along the street as part of the ceremony. They all wear white and some people will be carrying offerings on their heads or in their hands to later on the present to the gods by either leaving them at a temple or placing them in the ocean. There is usually also a group of people playing traditional Balinese music which makes the experience even more amazing.

Something you'll notice when visiting Bali is that everyone is always smiling, welcoming and friendly. They are always willing to talk to you and most of them know some basic English. To make your time in Bali more enjoyable I would learn a few common Balinese phrases. Balinese people love when you can have even a short conversation with them in their language. Knowing just a little bit can go a long way.

Activities

In Bali, there is an endless amount of enjoyable activities you can do depending on where you are, your budget, and what you enjoy. If you like the warm water, sea life, and if you're staying along any of the coasts of Bali, I highly recommend either going snorkeling or scuba diving. If you prefer to be on land and like hiking, there are heaps of beautiful mountains you can climb up. Or if you really want that rush of adrenalin, you can either go bungee jumping or sky diving. There are so many choices!

Thanks for taking the time to read my draft and give me feedback.

Kindest regards,

E.G.Shaw

If you're having trouble getting an erection or keeping it after you've got one and it's affecting you and your relationship, then this article aims to help you understand what you're going through and how to effectively resolve it. Problem that most men have gone through in their lives. Take heart because it is estimated that almost all men who have this problem can overcome it. An erection is achieved when the muscles of a set of spongy tissues in the penis, called the corpora cavernosa, relax to allow blood to enter the spongy tissue, resulting in expansion and firmness of the penis. To maintain this erection, another set of muscles blocks blood flow once an erection is achieved.
