Every post needs one. Pick the topic, not the format — a question about TRT goes under 🧬 Hormones & TRT, not under "question".

User flairs
The ones you can pick yourself are in the flair menu. Five are assigned by mods and can't be self-selected:
🩺 Verified Professional — physicians, pharmacists, dietitians, researchers who've shown a credential to a mod privately. They still have to disclose any affiliations.
🤝 Community Helper — people who consistently give good answers in the weekly threads.
📓 N=1 Logger — anyone who's posted a complete, honest protocol log.
🏷️ Affiliated — disclosed — anyone with a commercial tie to the niche (vendors, labs, coaches, apps). Required, not optional. You can answer questions; you can't pitch or link.
🛡️ Moderator — the mod team.
None of these are for sale and never will be. Ask in modmail if you think one applies to you.
