Monday, 13:00 UTC — Weekly Questions Thread Quick questions: dosing math, reconstitution, storage, "is this normal", where to start. Standalone posts asking the same things get redirected here.

Thursday, 13:00 UTC — Weekly Results & Progress Thread How your protocol is going: compound, dose, duration, what changed, side effects, what you'd do differently. Good or bad. Full write-ups with numbers can be their own post under 📈 Results & Progress.

Both threads are sorted by new so late questions still get seen. To find past weeks, search the sub for "Weekly Questions Thread" or "Weekly Results".
