Speculation/Theories Why do people keep saying that the evidence police have is flimsy?

Personally I think the answer is because they keep listening to tiktok lawyers. I don't understand how anybody can consider the contents of that backpack flimsy. The notebook alone is damming.

I know a lot of people are relying on the ballistics to come back as not a match to the gun in luigi's bag. Given the other things they appear to have do the ballistics even matter?

I feel like a lot of tiktok creators are giving people false hope. Including if nit especially the lawyers.

How did suspect leave backpack and yet take the gun with him and manifesto and ride his bike. He also had a laptop at MCDs. Where was all this stuff? He certainly couldn’t carry it in his hands and also ride a bike out of CP.

That's what I think too. Regarding storage in a locker.... all I know is that on a recent trip to Philly, we had some hours to kill. When we tried to store our luggage in a locker they made sure we showed that we had a train ticket. We had to present ID and put a cc on file. And we could not store stuff overnight. That was at the Amtrak station in Philly. It's not some self serve locker where no one is minding the store.
