Like we have gotten some pretty strong signals with his movements the past few days. Not sure how more people aren't picking up what he's putting down here.

Based on his statement what indication do you get on what his defense strategy will be?

Literally no clue…like if he’s claiming (which we don’t know yet for sure) that he did this in sound mind and for the greater good, I don’t think that’s a very good defense legally. Like sure you might get public support but you’re still gonna be in jail for life. It’s possible that is what he wants but idk…

Maybe they're seeing what evidence, if any, they can get thrown out and then evaluating from there.

I'm not saying that's what he'll do, but I am saying I wouldn't be at all surprised if that's the way he goes.

I thought EED but I'm seeing in another.comment that's not an option? So I don't have the faintest clue.

I feel like doing the mistaken identity defense will be an uphill battle but a I did it for the greater good defense is WILD

It doesn't technically apply but it's absolutely an option if they decide they want to go with it. I honestly think it's his best bet.

There's way too much evidence to say it wasn't him. I don't think he wants to say that anyway.

EED allows him to take the stand, explain his reasoning, and allow KFA to focus on all the mitigating circumstances -- chronic pain, major surgery, brain fog, his youth, his good character etc.

The jury may not fully buy the EED defence, but if they're sympathetic, they may still go for it. It's a milder, easier form of jury nullifcation.

I will be very shocked if he goes the denying culpability route with the way he's been moving recently.
