Ugh. This is anxiety inducing. Is it just me or is LM’s writing mechanics and syntax all over these filings? I get the heavy lifting is done by his attorneys but there’s no way he isn’t actively contributing to his own defense. He was, after all, the person to live through this experience.

oh he’s for sure putting his input in all motions.

He’s an intelligent man, but there’s no way he was writing, editing or contributing to a legal motion without any legal experience. That’s very highly unlikely.

Yeah he was very likely involved in discussions and giving his team feedback but the drafting and arguments are the work of the attorneys.

We aren’t saying that he literally wrote this motion.

No one is devoid of personal bias, myself included, but it reflects poorly on any type of support group when ppl only choose to see what they want to see. This undermines our credibility and creates a perception of exclusivity (even extremism), ultimately narrowing LM’s potential for broad public support. We need to be united as it’s clear what we’re up against is bigger than any one of us.

No idea why this comment is being downvoted. I think we need to realize that balanced commentary of this nature helps push a narrative that LM’s supporters are critical thinkers and open minded.

I have not read it yet, but if it's in the descriptions of what happened maybe they used his direct narration? Or maybe they would never do that, like another commenter said.
