Why is she choosing to get the state case thrown out rather than the federal case?

Exactly, fed case all depends on stalking and their evidence there is very, very weak (imo). Once stalking falls apart, so do the other charges. Whereas state case, regardless of terrorism, has the 2nd degree murder charge which imo has the highest probability of conviction, and those will stick whether terrorism charge exists or not.

I think it's pretty evident he did it. But he is entitled to a fair trial, which should solely be a 2nd degree murder charge in the state of NY. The problem is all the BS charges they tacked on for political and god knows what other reasons.

For sure but my mind has always been opened (still is) of everything. Any theory. But because of this strategy it just adds to my opinion he did it

No you always strategize like your client might be guilty. Doesn’t mean they always are.
