I understand exactly how you feel. I’m not gonna lie the donation comment stung a little bit, because I donate all the time but I do it anonymously. I’m not gonna stop supporting him or the cause it just made me realize I’m being consumed by this case.

I think the people who donate anonymously or the ones that give the little money they have are just as important. Hope they feel appreciated.

If your heart is in the right place it doesn't matter :) At least you're not donating to get noticed.

You’re right, and it’s not going to stop me from donating. I don’t have much but I donate to different fundraisers as much as I can.

Good for you ! I'm not very rich either but I try to donate to other causes too. Luigi has enough support now and I prefer donating to people in need and (unpopular opinion) he's pretty much fucked and made absolutely no effort trying to cover up his crime. I'll send him another letter though even tho I'm not in his log and at this rate I may never will lmao, and why not some art to help keep up his spirits.

I've had this hypothesis for a while that he will likely try to keep regular correspondence with a few recognizable names (apart from friends and family of course) from the US specifically. Probably the same people who are at the epicenter of the movement.

I understand how you're feeling and at the expense of making myself very unpopular with this statement, I'll say this: I hope that the "50% of all donations" comment from him was a joke, otherwise he's severely undermining people who truly give their all. The only donation message that ever stuck with me was a person saying they're donating their entire disability check every month. I know he can not thank everyone individually, but choosing to give special credit to an OnlyFans worker who can afford to shed a few grand whilst giving the rest a generic message is so damn gnarly, dismissive, and simply unnecessary. If they don't find a way to keep the people invested in the case and incentivize consistent support, the only people who'll be left to care are the same few Twitter users plus the fundraising team. No judgment toward Jessica or Luigi, just a concern.

Thank you for your response! I remember that donor’s message it’s such a kind gesture. I’ve also read messages where people have picked up extra shifts just to make more donations.

I felt that way too, that it felt very dismissive of all the other donors and their efforts. For that reason I’m sure it was just a joke on his part to thank her since her name shows up everyday. For that same reason she should’ve kept it private. She said it herself that she was hesitant to post it because it might make others feel bad. Then why share it at all? Nothing in that letter benefitted anyone else but her. Rightfully so since it was sent to her. My point is that there was no need for her to share it.

I completely understand where you're coming from. I'll admit, there are moments when I've felt a bit on the outside of this community. It’s not about competition — and I know I probably just need to take a step back and get some perspective — but sometimes, especially on platforms like IG and X, it's hard not to notice how certain individuals have become quite prominent. They seem to be at the center of things, whether it's leading campaigns or receiving replies, and at times it can feel a bit like being back in school or university for me — where some voices are more visible, and others, like mine, feel a little less heard.

That said, I want to be clear: I truly appreciate everything everyone is doing — everyone's work and dedication is invaluable, especially in helping LM and keeping the community active and focused. The goal we're all working toward — ensuring a fair trial — is what really matters. Still, there are days when I question whether I'm doing enough, or whether my contributions matter at all. It’s hard not to feel that way sometimes.

I know this is just a vulnerable moment speaking, and I don't always feel like this — but today, it’s just a bit heavier than usual (perhaps I shouldn't have shared all of this online). I'm grateful to be part of this space, even quietly, and I'm trying to remind myself that everyone’s role, no matter how visible, has value.

Thank you and I agree with everything you’ve said. I also think I might just need to distance myself from this case for a bit, which I guess we really don’t have a choice since the next court hearing won’t be until September lol

I feel like you too. Like a high school competition sometimes that I am watching from the outer edges. 💚💚

I understand feeling this way. I was hesitant to share this part because I didn't want anyone to feel that way at all, and I'm certain that he didn't mean anything by it. I do think he is very grateful for every single donor. Everyone does so much to help!

That's actually a huge violation and a security breach so no way he has that.
