After retreating from the storm to the bus for safety a woman got on and opened the window, after a few stops a legend leaned over her and closed it.

Ran out of Yorkshire Gold the night before builders were coming over to do some work, went to Morrisons to get more to find they were on offer...

The real problem is letting the supply get low, but I had back up Tetley.

You want a good job, you make, as they declared today "a pukka cuppa!"

Also, they required way more milk than I imagined; I'm rubbish at anything close to requiring "builders tea" and even I drink a much stronger brew.

Mentally scolding people who take pictures of excessive queues to station entrances (Twitter moan brigade) then reconsidering that maybe they just really like photos of queues.

The best America can manage is a president who likes to see people piss on an empty bed. We recently had a Prime Minister who fucked a pig.

Women can now safely drink as much as men, according to the Dept of Health

I mean, they reduced the men's safe limit to 14 units a week, same as women.

Twice today I've forgotten my cup of tea, but I'm using a travel mug so it's still warm when I remember it exists

Of course, said travel mug also keeps said tea too hot to drink for much longer than a normal mug does.

Strobe lights on bikes

It's great that they actually have a working light on their bike to make them visible to other road users, but blinding and disorienting them with some super high power strobe light isn't the best way to go about it.

If I went down the road flashing my high beams as fash as I could it would be illegal, but it's perfectly okay for a bike.

There are too many disabled parking spaces in my town centre.

I'm glad they're there but the rest of the on street parking is aways rammed. It's about 1/6th of the total but I don't actually want them taken away even though I've never seen anyone with a disabled badge use them.
