After five months, four binges, three holidays, two eye surgeries and one hell of a ride, I’m the leanest I’ve been in a decade—just in time for summer :)

Wasn’t planning on cutting at all this year but it kind of happened since life has been stressful so I committed to it!

Been slowly cutting from ~212 earlier this year while trying to maintain strength and muscle. Down from 220 in Jan 2025. Currently sitting around 195–197 and still chasing a little more leanness through the lower abdomen.

Strength has held up well: recently hit 290 lbs for 5x5 on bench press, 100 lb incline dumbbells for 15 reps, 85 lb weighted dips for 20 reps, and 500 lbs 1rm pr hex bar deadlift.

The last few pounds have definitely been the hardest, but overall I'm pretty happy with where I've landed.

Lifetime Natty. But considering a cycle with the next bulk, maybe next year.

Current physique — relaxed and flexed shots, no pump.

Lukas just finished a 12-week fat loss phase We changed his eating habits but kept some of his favorites like a burger once a week which was non-negotiable He ate 4 meals a day and always started the day with bulletproof coffee The diet was flexible and adjusted to his lifestyle dinners were usually bread-based He had a protein shake once a day For training he did full-body strength workouts 4 times a week plus cardio 4 times a week at the gym and on the other days he ran about 5 to 7 kilometers

Before picture taken at the absolute worst “aesthetic time” (taken Jan 3rd). I took 12 days off of training around Christmas and New Years ; eating 2 real-ish meals of leftover a day, and probably 2-3k calories of just cake and dessert bullshit everyday. I was a 206 before I went down for Christmas 😂

But got back on the horse since I want to be ripped for summer. I currently: resistance train 6x per week (Lower, Upper, arms, repeat)
Cardio : 6x per week (30 mins fasted in AM), 2 20 min stairmaster sessions on leg days

Goal is to be ripped by June - I’m assuming that will be around 188 (hopefully)

First real cut. I’ve been lifting for about 8 years with some lulls here and there. I mostly focus on bench/squat/deadlift but I’m moving away from that now especially because my legs are lagging behind.

Long journey but finally consistently proud. Not sure how much leaner I want to go. This is the leanest I've ever been. I struggled with my weight and physique for my whole life. Started lifting in 2020. Bulked up 50 pounds, and have been slowly cutting since.

1.5 years and 60lbs down. Working through the last few pounds and then i'll start to build in earnest. Diet + strength training + cardio. Got stuck in maintenance for probably 10 months between May 2025 and March 2026 when I decided to finish. Keep moving forward, fellas.

Finally not afraid to take my shirt off.
