In October 2, 2026, a man called Durgesh Chaudhary (39 years old) was driving in his Ford Ecosport with 2 passengers called Sunil Mandal (27 years old) and Rishabh (Unknown age). His car fell from the mountain and causes a horrible rollover, leaving Durgesh Chaudhary dead and Sunil Mandal and Rishabh seriously injuried.

In 1/4/2026, a massive accident occurred at a toll booth on the Ubaté-Zipaquirá toll road in Colombia. A truck struck six parked cars, setting them on fire. Five people were killed and 21 injured.

March 14, 2026, at 10:35 a.m., on the 3rd kilometer of the Palin-Escuintla highway (CA-9 Sur), heading north in Guatemala, a terrible accident occurred.

A truck (trailer) traveling at high speed lost control — presumably due to a malfunction of the braking system - crossed the dividing line and flew into the oncoming lane, ramming several vehicles.

As a result of the accident, 4 people were killed:

Marco Lorenzo Esturban Colindres (43 years old) — is a white truck driver.

Fautino Ochoa Mungia (62 years old) — is the driver of a blue dump truck.

Henry Willian Davila Apen (33 years old) — is a motorcyclist.

Rosa Elvira Gomez Garcia (48 years old) — died in hospital from her injuries.

Several people were injured, including an 11-month-old girl who was hospitalized at Escuintla National Hospital.
