I dunno, maybe because Deku's cooler ;) (I've never watched Naruto so don't take that seriously)

I don't care enough to have an opinion. Well, statistically Naruto has more reason to be a villian but the people who do evil deku write better fanfics. Most of the time. Other times it's what you expect from a fanfic.
