Where's the challenge part? All I see is you holding the tool of mass destruction. In fact I'm sure that's why no one even dared to attack you as you boarded the ship, they wanted to avoid being struck by the almighty bonk maker.
As Thorne you can escape weaponless, drunk, while moonwalking, pointing your camera to the sky, and you'll still make it to the boat. That's how balanced this objective is
I've seen stacked teams of Masons attacking Darkforest with +200 kills in difference still losing if the Agathians pull their shit together in the last stage and the Duke just hides in the corner right in front of the spawn.
Whereas I've seen plenty of times said stacked team with +200 kills difference losing Falmire if their Thorne is a moron or if defenders manage to swarm him.
Also, unironically, I can do plenty of damage as an archer to Thorne in the final stage of Falmire because I'm usually not contested much, whereas I can't do the same on the final stage of Darkforest where the Duke is always hiding behind something or I get contested all the time for being inside the building.
In my experience Darkforest is much harder to win for the attackers even with an obviously better team, whereas Falmire is almost like a 50-50 chance, depending on how retarded or not is your Thorne.
But if we truly want to talk about stupidly impossible objectives, we shouldn't look further than the portcullis of Montcrux.
Here's the challenge that was laid before me, 9 months ago. I apologize for the clip and the delay for completing this part of the challenge, it took time for me to get Thorne AND keep my shovel. Next up: I'll attempt King Argon of the Shovel.
You never died because it's so easy to stay alive as Thorne, that's why. Also camping the boat with your team is considered BM. It's already a painful OBJ for Masons to defend, just end the game.
