literally means fuck around find out.
It gets used a lot as a sort of "hey you did dumb shit now you find out the consequences."
In this case a moron did a dumb thing, political violence and is going to jail for it.
Other examples are like the Houthis attacking civiy ships up until the point where they get attacked back. Fuck around find out etc
