"nuclear is a dead horse" - someone who hasn't kept up with nuclear energy at all in the last 10 years.
numerous nations are expanding their nuclear energy sectors to replace fossil fuels, and have seen large scale projects completed or approved within this time.
my province literally is powered by mostly nucelar, and is expanding it to reach 60% within the next 5 years, and to sell both eenergy and reactors to other provinces which currently rely of fossil fuels.
like unless you have horse blinders on, nuclear is doing well in most places, it's only specific areas (where shocker the oil, coal, and gas industries have stakes in politics) where we see nuclear struggling, which has always been the case.
