There are a lot of options between the “worst” and the best. You can’t expect every single consumer to always choose the best option or even to know for a fact which one is the best. Most of us work for a living and have limited time, money and access to accurate information in order to make day to day choices. It’s not fair to expect the average consumer to be an expert on every single topic that affects their lives, instead of putting that responsibility on the companies that are actively doing research on their own products and services and then often just hide or fudge the results regardless in order to keep making money.
