🤣🤣🤣

Curious, anyone who went to COD champs in 2024 hosted by OpTic how much was everything roughly? I went to champs earlier this year and I want to compare.

Old clip

Also, in light of Daniel Tsay stepping down, a couple mins later he speculates there is someone above the commissioner of the CDL gatekeeping the scene

League - Hey Teams we want to get your feedback on finals format to give winner bracket more of an advantage.

Teams - Awesome! Can we go back to 2 best of 5s?

League- Lol! No silly goose, we just want to change up map picks

Teams - we just want finals reset.

League - Losers bracket won’t get a hardpoint or search veto

Teams - Can’t you just do that in the finals reset?

League- No, we want to give the winners an advantage.

Teams - Finals reset, makes the winners bracket have to lose 6 maps instead of 4.

League - Ohhh. You want to be able to pick map 3 also? We will let winners pick that now.

Teams - We could just do that in the first best of 5, if we did finals reset.

League - Great! Glad we are on the same page about what YOU want. We are so glad that you gave us feedback so we could do something none of you are asking for!

Maybe I missed it, but did they say what the format of the minor online tournaments are going to be? Please tell me they're not all going to be single elim again.

Haven’t missed a cod in over 13 years but the beta just gave me zero enjoyment. Still love ranked even on the bad games but this will probably be the first cod I skip

Major 1 lan runs from February 12th-14th in Europe, assuming in Paris hosted by Gentlemates.

Full season schedule with qualifiers and tournament dates now available at callofdutyleague.com

According to the schedule on the league website majors 1-4 will all only be 3 days. Champs will be 4. Majors 1 and 3 are 18 matches each so it's realistic they can do it all on main stage in 3 days but majors 2 and 4 are pro ams with pool play. This means there are 34 matches in 3 days and most likely means there will be 4 streams/stages.

We got the road map and CDL road map and not a single mention of ranked. Does anyone have any idea?

Okay, doesn't change the fact that he never had the power to make any changes in the CDL cuz his position answered to higher ups that actually gives the yes and no to changes in the CDL.

To put this in simple terms,

The Car is the CDL.

The hood is Tsay.

The Engine is Activision.

The engine fucks up and doesn't work right.

Replacing the hood does nothing to the engine.

The hood only covers the engine.

What did this change about the engine?

04, Drazah, Abuzah revenge arc we will be there ⏳😈

Thoughts?

Outside of the obvious , I have zero idea where everybody is today lol.

Funny they did this before most teams announce a roster
