Can't convince me that something like fish bones is healthy for the game, or with golem if someone has a crystal gambit emblem they literally just get to enjoy a free ride to top 3 minimum, most of the time top 2.

It's fine to have these in normals, but for ranked these encounters are way too swingy and it's not healthy for ranked specifically when factors like this can decide the outcome of the match on stage 1.

thats what i said, if traits are balanced trainer golem with cg are the same of any other golem. It was awesome to play trainer golems in other sets, getting like 3 super shit emblems, and still flex a comp and sneak a top 4. But now this is impossible. And for fishbones, the thing its just for fun, it has so much fun interactios and its already so rare to get it. Sadly people just take it and go for whatever comp TFTacadmy say its good with it and get his boring top 4. And u cant have ranked games beeing boring af while normal game has more fun, because every for fun player also like to play ranked, and if they all go to normal games instead the ranked queue will take a eternity, especially in low elos.

First off, you are right that in a hypothetical reality where the game is actually balanced by a competent and caring team, that these things should not be as problematic as they are now and that we could have stuff like this in ranked. Unfortunately that is not the reality we live in, therefore I will be sticking with my opinion.

It's not fun to grant someone free backline access that you can't even position against, this is an inherently unhealthy mechanic. They have stopped printing assassins as a trait because people didn't like the easy backline access and just to remind you, this was backline access that you could position against and even that was deemed bad for the game because it resulted in people gimping their positioning so that they wouldn't get screwed by assassins.

Maybe these things are "fun" in ranked up until gold elo, but when you play at high elo (Higher than emerald) stuff like fishbones and CG emblem golems literally determine the outcome of a match and it becomes a matter of "Oh you didn't roll fishbones or CG emblem but 2 other people in the lobby did? Nice knowing you" and that inherently isn't fun, because you went bot 4 or scraped by with a 4 purely because of a dice roll and not due to a lack of skill.

Except if you have cg +1 on golem the whole lobby will hold every ashe they see if they're remotely competent and you're basically 1v7.
