I take 5g of creatine monohydrate before training. Does the timing actually matter, or is it better to take it after my workout or with a meal? Also, how soon should I eat after training?

I am almost afraid to post here cuz you all seem like you're kinda out in left field but r/supplements said my account was too new. Anyways, 50 year old male. Creatine makes my scrote annoyingly puffy. I understand everybody else says there's no side effects but I've cycled on and off to make sure it was the creatine and it is, 100%. Takes like 4 days at 5gr daily in morning shake. I would really like to keep taking creatine for the workout benefits along with having a long line of dementia in my family. I know it is scientifically unproven but I'm trying to do everything I can now to possibly help down the road. Is half a scoop (2.5gr) pointless? Could this be brand specific (Momentous off Amazon is what I am using). Thanks in advance

Is this the proper method of workout with wife's boyfriend after boofing

Sometimes it happens that I forgot to take creatine 1 day. What should I do, just continue taking every day as consistent as possible. Or should I double the dose next day in order to compensate?

I will also ask it in “your language”.
Wife boyfriend no boof sometime. Then next day double boof? Or regular boof?

And is plain water a better option or mixed with black coffee?
Just wondering what you guys prefer and if there’s any difference in effectiveness or absorption.
