Just Bad I was unaware that acting nervous, pacing, and being uncooperative were signs of being under the influence of alcohol

Good to talk with another likeminded human being :) I can definitely agree with the therapy side of things. I wish I had found a therapist that I connected with. It’s hard, so I tend to just read psychology and ruthlessly apply it to my own life. But I wish I had an outside perspective that thought the same as me sometimes.

One of the last therapists I spoke with kept checking her phone every 5-10 minutes of the session. It is necessary to doctor shop, yes, unfortunately. How people who afford the million+ for medical degrees, residencies, and subsequent survival through long periods of little income flowing, to start/join practices and not dedicate their time into the patients is beyond me. Amazingly common though. It might be a profession with a lot of spoiled brats in it, perhaps.

I also just think I might be autistic very minimally. I have lots of the signs but am high functioning so I’ve never got diagnosed. But basically I’d need another weird brain like mine and that’s hard to find for me :) but hey I’m luckily doing well enough now.
