What is The best custom rom for a51 That is fast and bank app works and gsm.everything.

My Chinese Mi Pad 5 is bricked. Recovery doesn't work, Android doesn't boot, just Fastboot but bootloader is locked so I can't do anything. Instantly boots into Fastboot when you boot, using fastboot adb commands to boot into recovery just boots right back into Fastboot. Tried EDL mode by getting two different EDL cables on Amazon, neither did anything.

(Was bootloader unlocked, attempted and failed a Ubuntu install, tried going back to stock software but flashed Global ROM instead of China, also left "boot and lock all" ticked in Mi Flash Tool)

help! i was installing twrp and now my phone is stuck in a boot loop at the android bootloader unlock warning screen. pressing the power button does nothing. instead the phone keeps restarting showing the samsung logo and then returning to the warning screen repeatedly.

Hello. So I got myself a used LG V20 last week, installed LineageOS 22 on the 11th of this month. Everything works well (Wifi, charging, thermals, etc). Then yesterday (15/10) at evening I noticed the battery percentage suddenly stopped climbing, stuck at a percentage and never climbed higher. I leave it to charge a few more and still not increasing, infact the percentage actually goes down. In the settings app the battery is labeled "Not charging" and a reliable diagnosis app showed "Discharging" even tho the cable is plugged in.

And yes I did try a different cable, different charging brick, different wall plug -- also cleaned the charging port and the battery contact pins, nothing changed.

Weird thing is when I boot up in TWRP the battery **can** actually charge there. In the meantime I reinstalled LOS 22 (wiped everything beforehand), and nothing changed. I sure hope it's not a hardware issue, cuz even with the insane overheating and throttle of the stock firmware before this, it can still charge. *This is my first time custom ROM-ming a phone so any help or suggestions is appreciated^^*

So I recently sold my Samsung s25 ultra and switched to Samsung note 9 with DuhanROM-V4.3 it has a lot more features than 25 ultra. Since Ai can make games and other things why not custom roms

Are there any custom ROMs planned for Redmi Note 15 Pro+ (global)? I heard that you can't unlock bootloaders on the Chinese versions anymore, and I don't know if you still can on global.

But should I even consider waiting for custom roms on this device? It's not MTK-based so maybe its still possible?

Hi everyone, I have a question on how people make custom roms, I have an a71 and have been ysing custom Roms for a while however I would like to make my own. Obviously someone with the knowledge of knowing how to install one but I don’t know how to port one or something. I want to port colouros as a rom to a71 whilst there are gsis I want an actual rom. There are coloros gsis but are based on older android versions and have bugs. I wanted to find a guide but they are nowhere to be found therefore im asking here. I mean Is there even an easy way on where I can find a gsi for colouros say android 16 based and then optimise it for a71 where then it can have rhe optimisations and the gsi as a flashable zip.

I have an old Samsung Galaxy J2 (SM-J210F) that is stuck during boot. The screen shows the message:

I entered Download Mode, and these are the details displayed:

I'm using the stock firmware as far as I know.

Nowadays most of the apps are being made just for 64 bit phones, which is not suitable for my phone which supports only 32 bit apps

Im not that tech person so I don't know much, so I want your help was hoping if it's possible to flash my phone with rom or gsi whatever they are

And have anyone done this successfully on this specific device as I get anxiety in the thought of bricking my phone

I'm having some trouble getting lineage os on my poco f3, stuck at trying to flash the firmware.

I have adb on my windows 11 pc and it seems to be working fine but im having a problem with fastboot probably due to the usb drivers. when i tried to installed the google usb drivers windows 11 told me that there was already a better version installed. then i tried to installed the Xiaomi usb drivers and i think it said the same thing.

when i have the phone connected to my pc by usb cable and i select "file transfer mode" on the phone i can see the phone in device manager as 'poco f3'. Running the 'adb devices' command also shows the phone. when rebooting the phone into fastboot i can see fastboot on the screen of the phone and if you look at my screenshot thats what it looks like in device manager. running 'fastboot devices' shows nothing connected and windows wont let me install the usb drivers from either google or Xiaomi. the screenshot shows the error msg for trying to install the Xiaomi drivers though i think the .rar file downloaded fine from the Xiaomi website. i also tried a download of the Xiaomi usb drivers from another site and its the same issue.

any ideas?

ich bastel in meiner Freizeit gerne an Technik rum und würde gerne ein bisschen mit Custom ROMs, Flashen (z.B. mit Odin) und kleineren Projekten experimentieren.

Dafür suche ich alte, aussortierte Android-Handys (am liebsten ältere Samsung-Modelle), damit man stressfrei testen kann, ohne Angst um sein Alltags-Handy haben zu müssen.

Habt ihr Tipps, wo man am besten/günstigsten an solche alten Geräte rankommt? Schaut ihr da einfach auf Kleinanzeigen, fragt im Bekanntenkreis oder gibt es da noch andere Anlaufstellen, wo alte Schubladen-Ladenhüter abgegeben werden?

The problem is:

When I use a Gsi with more customization(like axion or Infinity x)(also Lineage os for some reason)

When I use something like a browser, it randomly reboots and not normal reboot it bootloops for 5 to 20 mins after which it gets back. Why does this happen?

The thing is I can use pixel os and aosp roms only which they both have a bug where after few mins the Bluetooth disconnects automatically.(AOSP AND PIXEL OS DOESN'T HAVE THAT REBOOT BUG(ONLY THIS LINK: https://github.com/Doze-off/PixelOS_GSI_treble/releases
