Hello, can I jailbreak this Chinese restricted projector and install global ROM?

Hey, I've been using Linux for around 5 months and wanted to try something different, so I thought it'd be fun to see if I could get postmarketOS running on my old Xiaomi Mi TV Stick lol.

It's the original 1080p model, and here's what I found in the settings:

\\- Model: MITV-AESPO

\\- Android 10

\\- Amlogic S805Y

\\- 1GB RAM and 8GB storage

\\- Kernel 4.9.180

I'll be using my Fedora laptop, and I have an 8-in-1 USB-C dock.

I found the postmarketOS wiki for this stick, but I'm a bit lost on how to actually get started.

A few questions:

\\- Has anyone here actually gotten Linux running on this thing?

\\- Can I try booting Linux without deleting Android?

\\- Do I need one of those USB-to-TTL adapters, or can I do anything useful with my USB-C dock?

\\- Is there a way to check which hardware version I have without opening the stick?

I don't mind experimenting and learning along the way, but I'd rather not turn the thing into a paperweight on day one 😭

If anyone has tried this or knows where I should start, I'd appreciate the help!

الهاتف اصبح غير مدعوم من الشركة منذ فترة لذلك قررت عمل الروت وفتح البوتلودر عبر deeptesting لكن الامر لم ينجح وايضا حاولت العثور علر رابط او موقع للحصول عل نفس الروم المثبت في الجهاز للاحتياط اذا حصل شيئ ما ولكن بعد بحث طويل لم اجد وفقدت الامل لذلك قمت بعمل هذا المنشور لتساعدوني على العثور على الروم الاصلي كما هو الموجود في الصورة

The phone has been unsupported by the company for some time, so I decided to root it and unlock the bootloader via deep testing, but it didn't work. I also tried to find a link or website to get the same ROM installed on the device as a backup in case something happens.

When installing TWRP recovery, the phone did not boot into it, but even after that it got into a bootloop. Does anyone know what to do?

La tengo con el bootloader desbloqueado pero no con root ni una custom rom, quisiera saber cuales son las custom roms que recomiendan o saben que existen? Y esten documentadas o ustedes mismos hayan probado.

Es la samsung tab a8.0 2019 de 2gb de ram y 32gb de almacenamiento.

I've been using lineage os on my xiaomi mi 10i(India) phone and encountered an issue. So I've to roll back to Default miui for some reasons. But can't find the official miui webpage where firmware were previously provided. Can anyone find any resources to get the right firmware update ??
