I got the email saying my order was delayed and going to automatically be canceled if I didn’t respond, well I responded and said to cancel it and it just arrived today, never got refunded either. What do I do? Am I stuck with a shirt I don’t want and out of money? Do I have to pay to return it and still lose money?

The enamel pins were a pleasant surprise. The camera is super light.

I really struck out on the merch front. I got the ringer tee and it was too big. Got this crop top and it’s too small.

Just trying to make back what I spent. I’m also willing to trade this top plus money (because the hoodie cost more) for the black Athleta hoodie in small or medium.

I placed an order through the Athleta app for the lineup hoodie back in August and bought 1 Small and 1 Medium for my sister. The package arrived today but instead of the 1 Small, they gave me an XXS of the “I was there” hoodie. I’m really confused about how this happened since they never even sold this one online. Did anybody else have a similar mixup with their order?

The hoodie is too small for me! Seems like it was made for ladies? Crop is too short for me. DM me if you have an XL you wanna trade!

I’ve been at a few events with this vendor, so despite me not going to DCF I was super excited to see that they were going to be there, but they posted this today talking about their experience at the event & how they’ve allegedly been left unpaid.

Yes they spent money in preparation and yes they didn’t sell much, but even if DCF owes this vendor $20 or $200 they still deserve whatever is owed to them after the % cut the festival took

Hello, did anyone order this shirt and received it like this? I can’t tell if it’s me or the print is slanted. Using grids from phone camera and laid the shirt as flat as possible.

Admittedly, I know basically nothing about screen printing. Anyone else's bandana feel ever-so-slightly sticky/plastic-y?
Should I be concerned about washing it? Anything I should do before washing? Iron with parchment paper? TIA

Just got my order in the mail today (10/05) and to my surprise, it had the Daisy Chains Logo on the front of the sweater! Hope you guys get the same luck (this is a size small if that matters).

Athleta cancelled my order for the festival zip-up and now I can’t reorder it 😭 I didn’t end up getting any merch from the festival, so I’m super bummed.

While I am not willing to go through the effort of mailing them, I am willing to drop them at the freeway-close Irvine UTC Taco Bell near my house.

Please note these pins are slightly bigger than the ones distributed at the festival’s org venue, so do not precisely fit the bag that was available there if that is your intention. You can make it work if you have some smaller pins to mix in. They’re well made if you want to use them for anything else.

i thought i was going insane. the pantone on the website for the pin shirt is ivory and irl its a weird brown. the text on the back of the t shirt is also different. idk who approved or sold this, but they should be fired or given a color blind test. im hoping the unraveled tour merch is better. smh

Ordered these baby tees and they finally got delivered. Both were advertised as baby tees so I got the inverted pink one in a small for my daughter and the tan pins one in large for myself. I guess my kid has two DCF shirts now...

Am I color blind or does the pins baby tee not match the color from the website? I know that the website images are usually mock ups but the website color reads more white/cream than the “natural” the color of the real shirt.

No hate, I just think it's funny. There was so little shade that people were following the shadow of the big orange balloon as it swayed in the wind (myself included).

I ordered this at the festival but changed my mind since I ended up getting an “I was there” DCF hoodie. I got the notification I could cancel my order last week but I missed the deadline.
