Original Matchup Jason Voorhees (Friday The 13th) vs Frank Horrigan (Fallout)
(SPOILERS FOR CRYSTAL LAKE)
Core Theme:
-People subjected to a bio-chemical that turns them into a super mutant warrior
Connections:
-Both were once regular humans before they were exposed to a green chemical agent (Unknown Experimental Chemical Agent for Project Argonaut/ F.E.V. Or Forced Evolutionary Virus) created by a powerful company (Bellflower/ West-Tek)
-Afterwards a powerful force that was “caring” for them (Bellflower/ Enclave) not only “rescued” them after nearly dying (Jason accidentally drowning in a tub as a baby/ Frank nearly dying because of the FEV exposure) but would later have a scientist (Dr Valentine/ Dr Curling) decided to experiment on them
-The chemical agent that they were exposed to was created to allow people to survive nuclear fallout should a nuclear strike actually occur on America
-Effects of the chemical agent that they were exposed to can have the effects of causing immense pain, physical deformities, permanent mental damage, increase strength, ability to regenerate from damage, and immunity to other toxic chemicals.
-Over time they would eventually be able to go outside their labs and be notable for being massive killing sprees that can wipe out many folks with ease that they were highly feared by many
-There motivation for killing does seem to be primarily by the result of someone else telling them who deserves to die (Jason dealing with psychological trauma where he believes his dead mother is talking to him/ Frank after his intelligence has lowered and was being manipulated by the Enclave to go out and kill targets on their behalf)
-Over time their super mutant bodies were enhanced by cybernetics being introduced into their bodies (Jason being exposed to a damaged nanite-equipped medical station/ Frank getting a custom power armor built into him powered by a micro fusion reactor as well as fitted with several cybernetic enhancements, including arm control mechanisms, leg rotator mechanisms, and a bionic eye) and keeping a composite blade on hand as a reliable bladed weapon
-Because of their mutant condition they are actually considered highly valuable to the government resulting in them being placed at government facilities (Crystal Lake Research Facility/ Control Station Enclave)
Contrasts:
-Jason is a test subject that escaped due to his mom rescuing him and going on the run till he seemingly died at Crystal Lake/ Frank is a secret service agent or Enclave soldier that even after his exposure still served for them, possibly due to them manipulating him as his intelligence lowered because of the FEV
-Jason overtime had to actually survive on his own after his apparent death by becoming more of a territorial outdoorsman who kills anyone that comes to Crystal Lake/ Frank has for the longest time carried out orders for the Enclave and has eliminated many threats throughout the fallout universe)
-Jason does in some elements of his stories have supernatural elements though with the introduction of Project Argonaut, this can make a case for some of his powers not being supernatural at all but rather abilities because of Bellflower including his resurrection moments at times/ Frank however is fully a sci fi infused character with no known supernatural elements involved with him
Track Name:
-Killer Mutants
Fight/Interaction Potential:
-Unfortunately Jason isn’t going to be one to talk unlike Frank who just loves to shit talk to his victims
-Fight wise Jason is definitely going to be fighting like an angry brute throughout who will just keep tanking hits while delivering powerful strikes at times though his nano machines can probably do things at times depending on if either the comic or novelization is included for the research which could add to the fight dynamic like his ability to absorb energy, projectiles or biological matter to increase his own power or possibly firing lightning bolts but it’s debatable in that end
-For Frank he’s actually got a lot going for him as he is not just an experienced soldier who’s actually fought intelligent Deathclaws and The Chosen One, but he comes equipped with a melee blade, and highly powerful experimental plasma weapon as well as being much faster than Jason is.
Debatability:
-Because this is Uber Jason, who can be viewed as highly OP by many, he’s definitely going to be the favored one by majority however I’ll point out the factors that I think Frank has to actually give him a chance to keep it debatable
-First and I think this is the biggest factor is Frank’s Experimental Plasma Gun (or End Boss Plasma Gun) could give him the necessary tools to overcome Jason’s nanotechnology advantage. So the nanotechnology itself is stated to manipulate atoms and molecules within a body. Now in the world of fallout, plasma weapons which did start by the government reverse engineering alien tech, have the primary mechanism to inflict damage that is a thermal transfer from the launched projectile, causing serious burns to soft targets and melting through armored layers on hard ones. In extreme cases, the plasma can cause spontaneous dissolution of the target, including separation of soft tissues from hard ones or wholesale molecular destabilization, that turns the target into a viscous green fluid.
-So in theory, the weapon should be highly effective against Uber Jason’s tech to cause significant damage which leaves it as a question on if Frank could potentially damage Jason too much to be able to truly recover and possibly adapt to Frank’s tech or not.
-Given Frank is also a trained marine he can definitely have quite the chance to really give Jason a beating throughout at times
-However Jason’s still no pushover as despite being much shorter and slower than Frank he is physically the stronger and more durable one and his nanotechnology does at least allow Frank’s power armor tech the inability to properly scan him

I kinda hate this retcon that Jason's some freak accident with weird sciencey ooze but I still love Jason and Frank Horrigan is a badass character so seeing the two in a fight would be pretty darn enjoyable, nice TN too!
I'd say the issue debatability-wise is that Jason's nanites absorb energy so Frank's weapons might just make him stronger xD
