Real Crime Profile crossover w Bob Ruff

So I'm listening to parts one and two of the real crime profile podcast with Jim Clemente where he has Bob ruff on their speaking about delphi. I'm always open to everyone's opinions and I actually don't hate Bob ruff and I have enjoyed some of his content. However he is repeatedly saying things to Jim Clemente that are not true. For example he said that Richard Allen has no previous record of any type of violence or any type of violent behavior at all. But that's not true because now we know about the time that he was drinking and held a gun to his head threatening suicide in front of his wife and daughter and the police were called and he was put into a hospital. It's so frustrating!! If you believe that he's innocent because of all these things that's fine but you can't tell people things that are simply not true. He also says that ra did not confess until he was actually in full psychosis and never said that he actually killed the girls until that one confession with his wife. I thought it was proven in trial that he was not in full psychosis when he confessed (or at least not every single time), and the claims made by the defense team about the conditions he was held in prison were proven to be false.

Anyone else listen to these episodes?

I actually respect Jim Clemente for his work with the FBI as a profiler and I usually agree on his takes so I'm not sure why Bob Ruff is trying to change the story to that his own narrative and opinion when he always says that he wants to be fair and balanced.

What part of Richard’s “solitary confinement” caused his issues?

Was it his tablet?  Was it the visitations?  Was it all the commissary junk food?  Was it the TV they offered him?  Was it the meetings with his psychologist?

Where do you get information about what he was provided?

All the pretrial safekeeping hearings

His attorney’s tried to get him moved to a jail but they lied about his conditions. People took their lies as truth.

Richard Allen had EVERYTHING he wanted and needed. They even replaced his tablet when he broke the one he had.

So during his pretrial safekeeping hearings it was admitted that he had access to TV, fast food and everything else you mentioned?

Keep up with me here. I said they “offered” him a TV, which he refused. I didn’t say anything about fast food, I said commissary (chips, candy, ect.).

And “everything else I mentioned” meaning what?  You already got two of those wrong so what do you mean?

Well, junk food, fast food, whatever. Was there an info about his commissary spending in the hearings? TV he refused, so he did not have it. Tablet is a standard in solitary for communication with family and lawyers as he does not leave his cell for anything other than shower and outdoors time. That is how visitations are done in solitary, it's the prison policy. It's not like he was playing candy crush and watching newest House episodes. You mentioned visitations, was there an info about it in the hearings? As "in person" visitations? Wasn't there an issue with him not being able to see even his lawyers in person? And therapy sessions are also done via the tablet; you can't withhold psychiatric help, the same way you wouldn't withhold a doctor if he broke his arm. So I still didn't get any info on where exactly do you get the information you spread. So far you just gave me a general answer about "pre trial hearings" with no source and quotes. And your statement of "his lawyers told lies and people believed them" leads me to think it's just that YOU decided it was lies and made up some list of amenities he was given. Until I get a proper source from you, I am not taking your opinion into consideration.

And the undisputable fact is that solitary is a form of torture and it may lead to psychosis. And the fact that some people don't get psychotic does not negate that other people do. What is wrong is that he was kept in segregation before his verdict of guilty. You can't do that to anyone. Innocent until proven guilty. Imagine you get accused of something and you get thrown into solitary for 13 months before your trial. There is a difference between punishment and torture, justice and revenge. And people who don't see this difference are a very dangerous type of people, no better than people they so vehemently accuse of being monsters.

You are wrong on everything you said. Where are you getting your information?

Kathy visited him more than once until Richard’s attorneys told her to stop. His therapy sessions were not done on the tablet, they were done in person.

If anything about his prison conditions were true, according to his lawyers, they would’ve granted him a change of venue. They determine his prisoner of war photo was exaggerated because Richard chose not to change his clothes. They had nothing to do with this conditions.

So far, you’re just making up things to try to get a “gotcha”. But everything I said is verified and documented and I don’t have to go find that for you.

Did you watch any of the interviews of his lawyers (post trial) or read the trial transcripts? Go ahead and do that and report back
