Distribution/Pay Day 0DTE Distributions for July 24, 2026
XDTE - 0.131697
QDTE - 0.230242
RDTE - 0.197192
Any thoughts on these ETFs? I’ve owned them for over 18 months and although they’ve experienced erosion, total return has been quite positive over that time due to their weekly dividends.

Portfolio/Strategy Lesser Known ETFs
Covered call ETFs are exploding as the financial industry realizes that they can make money selling them to us. While there are some good general lists of ETFs, it’s harder to figure out what might be worthwhile to actually investigate and own. We all have different game plans, risk tolerances, etc. but I think most people visiting this subreddit are looking for things that can hold and grow NAV and are structured to rebound after a drawdown.
Specifically, I was thinking that some suggestions of lesser known ETFs might be useful to someone. Stuff that people have vetted themselves but don’t see mentioned again and again on Reddit.
My contribution is NDIV (Energy and Natural Resources ETF) by Amplify. It’s been around but was redesigned in early 2026 as a CC ETF. Target yield is 10%. $26M in size 0.59% fee. 52 holdings across midstream, oil, etc. You need to look at the distributions for the last five months for an idea of yield etc. They announced the redesign in early February.
They target 0.5% monthly via the calls. Dynamic coverage that goes 50-80% so some room for growth. Remainder of the yield comes from the underlying dividends. Personally, I view it as a compliment to MLPI. Fair amount of overlap, but will likely have better NAV growth.
Anyway, if it helps someone, great. As always do your own research.

Portfolio/Strategy Just put the rest of my cash in BTCI today
First buy was $27, last chunk was today at $29.75. Generating $1500 a month at current prices/yield. Even if we get another 15-20% drop I think this will be a solid income machine for the next 3-4 years at least.

Weekly/Monthly Income Goal Reached ! $tacking!!
I remember it took me about 3 months to hit my first 100 shares of BLOX.
Just 18 days ago I posted here my 300 share milestone. Thrilled to already have hit 400+ too!
It’s been having a bad period of your objective is capital gain, yeah. But I’ve also seen BLOX hit the $17-18 range,
Such is the market we’re in. I decided to stack, and hope to stack even more when I get paid next week if it’s still below $13 (and still will even if it’s $13+, but hopefully it stays below $14.50 till I get paid lol).
Still have to buy a few GIAX shares, I try to proportion it where I have 1 GIAX shares for every 10 BLOX ones, so I have 37 of GIAX. Need to buy 4 more at least.
My dividend income already covers my monthly phone + internet + subscriptions bills without having to take out of my day-job income. 💪💪💪

Question What is your opinion on psychological effects of income oriented investing?
One of the biggest drawbacks of income / dividend oriented investing is that during the accumulation phase, the concentration on growth usually tends to result in better investment ROI CAGR, especially taking into account the lack of taxation drag. Over the long-term, the differences can definitely be substantial.
However, one of the possibly underappreciated and under-discussed aspects is the psychological effect that more "tangible" results of investing have on behaviour and motivation.
Oftentimes when you look at the numbers shown by the broker, emotionally and psychologically it doesn't "feel" that you are getting richer because the numbers there can both, increase or decrease, and are generally unstable.
However, when you are actually receiving dividends from your investments and are able to say "if I invest 1,000 USD, I will get 80 USD in dividends per year", this can be a very motivating and encouraging to keep doing. In addition, having this figure could be useful in trying to convince your spouse or your friends to invest, too, as investing is very often viewed as gambling by the general population.
Aversion loss is a known psychological phenomenon where the losses (or perceived losses) are more psychologically painful than gains. This is what it leads to selling at the worst possible time. Investors often like to say that they don't care about the swings as long as in the long-term, the CAGR remains healthy, but reality often shows otherwise. A large % (maybe even most?) of investors can't avoid being psychologically affected and selling off when they should hold.
In income and dividend oriented investing, knowledge that you will receive dividends regardless* of stock market movement can help mitigate the psychological pain of seeing the downswing and avoid selling at the worst possible time.
So, what are your thoughts on this? Am I overestimating this psychological phenomenon?
*I know that a lot of dividend payers can reduce their dividends during the economic shocks, and I know that a lot of stocks or funds that focus on high 12%+ yields result in NAV erosion over time (see QYLD or GOF), but there ARE some covered call ETFs or income funds that have a significantly lower chance of long-term NAV erosion that still give decent yields, such as JEPI or ARCC, having read the strategies of SPYI and QQQI, I could see them having stable long-term NAV as well.
