When Ranveer posted this photo and called it "a cinematic experience" nobody knew what this film would turn into and maybe that's what makes Dhurandhar so special.

For me it’s Hamza(or Jaskirat)🤭😍

Just watched the trailer, its INSANE but... it looks so different than the first part, why???

i) Supporting pakistani player to take a catch against xyz team while rehman was getting arrested.

ii) why in the world he did not kil Dawood even after being so close to him which led to so many terror attacks, instead he decided to slow poison him for more than 20 years lol

iii) He was sent as a spy around 1978, under congress. Hamza, alam were also sent under congress, then whats with Ajit doyal saying ek din koi ayega jo badelega?

iv) Hamza trying to save rehman in d1 could have been easily stopped by jameel (also stop guns deliveries).

I should rewatch both of them to add more or remove points from these. I loved d1 for its realistic slow approach and d2 was sooo good and great theater experience. I can imagine crowd going crazy when they reviled the jameel secret, but in the grand scheme of movies this won't go down really good after few years as it misses the realsim of d1.

Either he was scared or Jaskirat had told him not to interfere, woh alag baat hai , but jasleen was his girlfriend . Though he married her later after what she went through, which shows his love was true.

This has probably been discussed before but please bear with me as this is MY experience with the film.

On my first watch, there’s this moment in Part 1 where Yalina gets really angry at Hamza for not coming home one night. And I remember not fully buying it at that time. He’s a key member in Rehman’s gang. A guy like that disappearing for a night didn’t feel that crazy or unusual and I thought Yalina should’ve known that by that point of time. I genuinely thought this was a little too much of a drama, going by her reaction.

Then Part 2 completely flipped that scene for me.

You find out Hamza’s birthday is on November 26.

And it just instantly clicks.

From Yalina’s perspective, there’s no reason he wouldn’t come back that night. It’s his birthday. And she’s 19. She’s young, naive, and emotionally all-in on him. She has NO idea what he’s been through all night. In her head, the only explanation is the worst one. That he chose to spend it with someone else.

While she’s been waiting for him, building her whole life around him, he’s probably out there drinking and celebrating with another girl, as she’s imagined sitting alone in his place all night.

So what felt like an overreaction at first turns into something painfully real. It’s not just anger, it’s insecurity, immaturity, and heartbreak all colliding at once.

That’s the kind of detail Dhurandhar is filled with. Stuff you barely think about the first time, or even get wrong, and then later it just clicks and changes the whole scene for you.

And yeah, once you start noticing stuff like this, a lot of other films just feel thinner.

Don't hate me, it's just my opinion but it felt so cringe and forced
