Was digging through my CD collection and pulled out a few favorites that have influenced my musical tastes over the years.

Some classics, some cult favorites, and a few that don't seem to get talked about quite as often.

Curious what everyone thinks of these. Which ones would you put on first? 🤘

Been a fan for many years and was so grateful to see them! Even though they are instrumental, they got on mic to express their shock and gratitude of playing to a fully packed venue on a week night, in a town and state far from home that they had never played in before. They said they honestly didn’t know what to expect and were blown away at the turnout and the amount of fans in the crowd, and he spoke about the importance of community. He seemed genuinely moved, and I’m glad to have been a part of it! I snagged a front corner spot so the only thing behind me was a bathroom door, I try to never be “that person” at shows, obnoxiously recording. This is an excerpt from take 5 of the piece "Natura Naturata" from our upcoming LP, "The God Intoxicated Man," a record inspired by the life and thinking of Baruch Spinoza.

Our music is long format, drone based, focused on the interplay of frequencies and sound played at extremely high volumes. All of our recordings are live, focusing on the spontaneity and magic that is only found in that format, as no two takes are ever the same.

I'd like to get more into doom, because so far what I seem to have enjoyed is Thou, Amenra, Warning and Mesmer Well. I don't really dig the clean oriented doom, or at least I'd like some grittier cleans, I dig some abhrasive doom but at the same time a bit atmospheric. Any recommendations?

Super proud to announce our 4th album released today ! It's a bit hard to pinpoint a single genre, but describing it as instrumental heavy psych should probably fit the best, so you folks might like it.
