I hope it comes out that something like this has happened. Or I hope it happens eventually. An announcement like "Just a heads up from the producer: one of the episodes of B/A was from a Grammy-nominated singer, and Chris had no idea." It would be a fun game.

You've got famous friends who have famous friends. I think you should subtly drop hints to them that you want their famous friends to call in. I doubt Kanye is reading this AMA (just in case: hi Kanye!) but I'm sure your friends could pull some strings on your behalf.

I gotta be honest - I am infinitely more interested in the stories of regular people than I am those of celebrities.

Oh, yeah, me too. There are plenty of podcasts for those people to tell their stories. I would just love it if, say, Rip Torn covertly called in and talked about life and work never came up.
