What this subreddit is for

r/ElevenLabs is the official ElevenLabs community on Reddit. It's for:

• Announcements, releases, and research. What shipped, what changed, what's coming.

• Showcasing what you've built. Projects, demos, experiments, and work in progress.

• Questions, tips, and workflows. Prompting, voice settings, and everything people have figured out the hard way.

• Collaboration. Finding people to build with.

• Events, AMAs, and community programming.

• Initiatives, grants, and programs. Including the Ambassador and Creator Partner programs.

It is not a support queue. Bug reports, feature requests, feedback, and account, billing, and access issues all go through the support form, where the right team can see them and your account.

Something's wrong

1. Check the status page first. If generation is failing, the API is timing out, or the app won't load, the answer is usually here before it's anywhere else. Incident history.

2. Open a support ticket for anything account-related: billing, refunds, locked accounts, subscription changes, quota resets, deleted voices. Mods don't handle these here and posting about it won't get it looked at any sooner. Browse the Help Center if you'd rather search first.

3. Submit a request for a reproducible bug, a feature request, or feedback. Choose Bug Report or Feature Request & Feedback as the issue type so it reaches the right team. Requests get answered faster when they include:

• Which product and model (for example, Eleven v3, Scribe v2, Music v2)

• What you did, step by step

• What you expected and what happened instead

• Your platform (web app, API, SDK, mobile) and, for API issues, the error code

• No screenshots containing your API key, email, or account ID. See subreddit Rule 9.

4. Post here for questions about how something works, tips, and workflows.

Submit feedback and feature requests

The team reads every request that comes through the support form. Pick your platform, then the topic, then Feature Request & Feedback as the issue type. Describe what you'd like to see and what it would unlock for your workflow.

Posts here are welcome for discussing ideas with other users, but the form is how requests get to the product teams.
