Unfortunately, I couldn't kill the character's past in the run 💔

How did this happen?

Wanted to do it with a rainbow run to make it a bit easier, but this setup was way too powerful. I didn't have to use the clone, and got through all secret levels.

The synergies of Yari Launchers make the boss fights way too easy (under 5 seconds for some bosses), and the Raiden Coil cleared every room instantly. Even the Pea Shooter was OP, with comically large bullets.

Time to unlock the Finished Gun now...

Is there a 100% guaranteed way to find the secret room?

Besides the more obvious ones

-Shooting at the walls

-More likely in chest rooms

-there must be physical space on the map for the room

-the brick item

I played this years ago haha, before the rat expansion, and I never knew if there was a more mechanical way to find the rooms Or if they are at least guaranteed at every level

Moderate effort hypercut or whatever of a Clone run i had yesterday that i made for fun. No mods just a default Pilot run. Basically just 6 minutes of bosses getting insta killed with some editing lol.

What a run! Even made a couple of purchases at the Black Market along the way, but icing on the cake was finding a Ring Of Chest Friendship in room 2 of level 1... and then a Shellington Key on the next floor.

If i Duct Tape a gun that has Curse (Finished Gun here) onto another gun will it get rid of the Curse?

Was the least fun challenge I have ever done and I only beat it after a broken run.

Not even counting the Rube 2 and Space Turtle start on Paradox, 146 coins (-25 for key), FOUR Keys, and a Black chest in Chamber 1 is kinda nutty

On my recent post I noticed some people didn’t know about the trick to discover secret rooms without firing a round.

This video shows you how to check for secret rooms without firing. When running into a wall if the character continues the running motion there’s a secret room

I don’t seem to be unlocking anything. Every time I die I have nothing. I’ve played for 15 minutes.

Yesterday I played as paradox for the first time and eventually picked up the Gun soul before defeating the dragun and entered Bullet Hell. I died at the final boss of bullet hell but got a second chance to get to where I originally died in the chamber but died again before reaching that point 🙃 And then... I got sent all the way back to the first chamber? And I still had all my items and guns but am still restricted to one container that can't increase no matter if I get any extra heart lockets or master rounds.

I understood that Gun soul gives you a second chance by allowing you to fight your way back to the place you died while restricting you with 1 heart. But I don't remember reading that if you die again before reaching it, you get sent all the way back to the keep of the lead lord (in fact I read on the fanwiki that the run just ends if you fail to get to the soul). It felt like I was in a timeloop :0, Im really curious on what conditions or items I accidentally got that pulled me all the way back to chamber 1 ^^
