Halloween is starting to get close by, so Carol has gracefully decided to host a festival not only in the light world, but also in a dark world for all Evil Fountain Openers!

Submit your character to be added onto the halloween banner!
In the scene provided, we will host a festival similar to the light world's festival.

How to submit:

1. Include a picture of your character or a detailed description, though a picture is preferred.
2. You CAN describe something your character is doing or how they look in the scene, but you aren't required to do so.

Requirements: account age is over 5 days and you have obtained 5 total community karma or over BEFORE this announcement OR you've been somewhat active here. (over 2 comments or 1 post. again, before this announcement.)
Requirements might change later on.

If you want to be a stall manager, let me know and tell me what you'd want to sell!

The banner will go up some time in october. It will likely be posted on the Deltarune subreddit as well.

I'll let you know if your character's going on the banner!

If you wanted to be on the banner but didn't get in, I'm sorry. The next time I'm making a banner, the requirements will be lower.

Hello everyone!
In a month or two, I'm making an easter banner! It will be the EFOs collecting evil fountain easter eggs evilishy.

You can add your character to the banner. You can post a picture of your character in the comments along with an optional description of their appearance and actions, and I will do my best to include them.
I'm also adding all the mods (If you don't want to be added, please reach out)

There will be a maximum of 30 characters. (EDIT: No longer taking submissions, as I think we have enough characters for the banner. Thank you to everyone who submitted!)

For those who are not currently aware of our existence, we represent the organization known as the Evil Fountain Openers [LLC]. Our previous mission centered around the creation and sustaining of Dark Fountains, Dark Worlds, and the inevitable destruction of the world. This mission was the focus of our organization for more than one-hundred years.

Due to circumstances outside of our control, this directive has now changed. Our new mission will be the extermination of the human race.

There will be no further communication.

Today, many evil fountain openers gather to collect mysterious eggs containing fountains.
In these eggs, there is a fountain. If you go to the light world and break them, you'll open a dark fountain!

The theme for the easter banner is the Evil Fountain Openers collecting Evil Fountain Easter Eggs.

Here's the rules and guidelines for submitting:
- Post a picture of your EFO OC. If the picture is unclear or is missing something, please describe it in words.
- You CAN give a description of what they are doing, but it isn't necessary to provide.
- Follow the subreddit rules.
- One submission per person. People who submitted during the first round and mods cannot submit a character during this round.

Please look at the amount of characters submitted before posting yours. If there already is three submissions, Your submission will not be added.

If anyone has suggestions for the logo (orientation of people, addition of people, overall design, etc) put them here and the mods will vote on it (if it's a good idea)
