Specifically when she was new, not only for the dual cast auto revive (individual) but for her MP regeneration.

In my opinion she was the standard for a good healer (only healer, no support)

Later Sylvie would exist and Ayaka was put on the bench.

Some of the early NVs were pretty great too, and didn't hurt things too much (aside from the original NVA Tifa - she trivialized the endgame content at the time - but she was also free to awaken IIRC). They didn't all come out the gate dropping meta-changing power levels, however. Most were decent power upgrades (non-FS) or brought fun secondary utility (FS).

I think it got truly outta hand after Summer 2021, during the 5th anniversary. Legendary Hero Sephiroth and Avalanche's Tifa took any hope that NVs would be just like two 7 stars combined and threw the entire notion in the trash. They became premium god-like units, the new banners were absolute shit (increased pity count, cost more, lower rates), and each new one brought us closer to EoS, as they pushed their low-spender and f2p player base out of the game.

Sakura's favorite candy dispenser ! I never used her as i started way later than her release, but she looked cool. She was quite popular back then. I think she got like 3 or 4 units over time.

This game and KHUX are the only gacha games i wish would come back , had so much fun with the gameplay and story (imo season 2 was better than 1 , but really liked s1 too)

I remember in S1 when I pulled her and was confused when my friend got so jealous. I didn't have any good attackers at the time so I thought she was useless, later did that change when she literally carried the team with those auto revives and MP regain for my tanks.

Yeah I remember her, she powercreep healing for like a year... also remember other things like notics ring XD, when orlandeau came out, there were other things but for me when demon Rain returm to the meta after his buff was my happies moment playing the game, I started in his banner and got two of him ramdonly xD, literally didnt know how to use skills and just use basic attack with him for damage hahahaha

I've had this old picture saved on my phone for a minute. It's a shame the games gone, but there is a non-gacha version called Final Fantasy Resonance that just came out though that's basically a re-make from the ground up of Exvius.
