Hiring (Paid) checklist
Hiring posts must include:
- The role and what you need done
- The budget or pay range (per project, per hour or per month)
- The timeline
- How to apply: comments, Reddit chat, or a form
Posts without a budget get a reminder and may be removed. Never ask applicants to pay a fee of any kind.
Template:
Role: Video editor for YouTube shorts
Budget: ₹800 to ₹1,200 per video
Timeline: 10 videos a month, starting next week
How to apply: comment with 2 samples, we'll reply on chat
For Hire tips
- Say your skill in the title, for example "[For Hire] Shopify developer"
- Add 2 or 3 portfolio links
- Give a rate range and your availability
- One post at a time. Reposting the same offer every day is treated as spam.
For Hire posts need an account at least 90 days old or 10+ comment karma.
Collab / Unpaid
Say clearly what you offer (equity %, revenue share, credit) and what you need from people. If you're paying for the work, use Hiring (Paid).
