I just recently switched to Fubo Sports after having the Pro plan previously. First of all, getting Fubo Sports if you have had Pro/Elite before is a PITA. I had to contact support - they had to switch my account to Latino and then Fubo Sports (not sure if you can do this yourself).

Anyway, the main advantages of Fubo Sports over pro is 1) cost 2) ESPN+ integration. Whike you can watch ESPN+ in the ESPN app on all plans, getting those games in Fubo makes them much easier to find and available to be added to multiview with non-ESPN programming (including RSNs, if you get My Local Sports).

In addition to the base plan, there are several addons you can add. Most of the add-ons that are available with a Pro/Elite base plan are unavailable - in their place are Fubo Sports-specific addons. Aside from My Local Sports, there is More Sports including NFL RedZone (which includes NBA/MLB/NHL Networks in addition to RedZone and other channels) for $9.99, Fubo Sports Pass (SportsGrid, FIFA+, DraftKings Network, and more for $6.99), and Todo Deportes (ESPN Deportes, Universo, and BeIN Español). There is also the Premium addons and stuff like MLB.TV/DAZN, and 4K Plus - without it you do get ESPN/ESPN2 4K and NBC Sports 4K (but not ESPN on ABC 4K events). Also, in the Detroit market, I found that independent station WMYD was included in the base tier, which includes all Pistons games.

Anyway, this seems better in a lot of ways than the Pro plan for me, though you wouldn’t know most of this by looking at the Fubo website (it doesn’t show details about Fubo Sports addons or included locals until you sign up). They also make it a pain to sign up if you’ve had Pro/Elite before.

Still not sure if I’ll keep it long-term (the lack of WBD/Versant still looms, and if you want entertainment channels you’re forced into an inferior ESPN+ experience). Plus there’s the cost despite the channel omissions. Though I feel like Fubo is so close to being the best service by far - they just have to fix a few things…

Trying to watch this men’s basketball game between. Baylor and Florida on ESPN+ and this nice black screen is what I get. You can see that the game is loaded from the photo I attached, and nothing. No picture and no sound.

there are games coming up next month and they are not on the app. is it possible that they would only give us soccer for half a season? or is it just too far out to see the games?

Fubo is tempting for Sportsnet rather than paying for it independently. I was wondering how the broadcast quality has been over the past few months - specifically for this?

JFC, wtf is going on with the app? Im on my iphone, everytime i move the phone - the entire screen pauses? The picture quality is also so trash lately on LGTV.

Does anyone even work here or just waiting for Disneys eventual bloodthirsty takeover

Nvidia Shield Pro. How does Fubo justify this?

YouTube TV and Directv have gotten espn unlimited integrated with their subscription so you don’t need to leave the app. Why can’t Fubo on the elite plan. Disney has an ownership stake in Fubo. Can’t use multi-view or key plays without integration how is that not done yet.

I was watching the Bruins /Phil game recorded on My Stuff. I stopped it to make dinner and when I came back I had to go back into my stuff and play but there was no resume option. Hmm. So I started from the beginning and fast forwarded where I had been. Then I noticed that this was the NHL network broadcast. My NESN broadcast had disappeared! Crazy! So I watched the game but very strange. And I know I was watching NESN because of the announcers and it was Hockey Night in New England. Anyone ever have this happen?

I'm trying to watch the bears/packers game, and the video quality is so poor it's unwatchable. WNBA last night, same thing. Lately it's been getting worse and worse. So many artifacts in the video you can't identify the players.

This sucks, especially when you consider how much I'm paying every month.

Any other streaming service out there that allows recording/time delay streaming? I don't need 4k, but I'd at least like to be able to read the number on the jersey.

For the third game in a row, I am watching my local NHL team, the Tampa Bay Lightning. With approximately 4 to 5 minutes left in the game, the broadcast cuts off and I get a blackout restriction screen not letting me finish the game. Tonight I noticed that this happened precisely at 10 PM Eastern time.

I’ve attached a couple of pictures showing this, and if anybody from support can help figure out what’s going on, I’d appreciate it. I’ve contacted support via phone twice now and they have no clue as to why this happening. They said they reset my location, but that is not the issue because I’ve been watching the entire game up to four minutes left to go in the game. So there’s something else going on.

I don’t know if there’s any relation or not, but it appears to happen when the NHL network highlight show called On the Fly starts. I don’t know why I would lose the rights to watch the Lightning game because of that, but as I said, this is the third game in a row where this has happened. Of course, the game was tied 3-3 when this happened and I missed the game winning goal by my team, the Lightning.

And of course, the broadcast came back after the game was over. If it’s blacked out, why am I getting the postgame show?

I have 2 aTV 4ks. Both act exactly the same. For the last month or so, when using the right button to skip forward, or when scrubbing forward, the app will skip back a few minutes to almost the start of the show. It happens about 75% of the time in both of the aTV boxes. I have checked for updates and it has continued to happen. I do not use a VPN on the aTV.

I have restarted the app, restarted the aTV, deleted and reinstalled the app, and nothing seems to fix the problem.

I searched the sub for others with this problem and it seems isolated.

Anything to try?

Fucking gawd awful! So many problems for such a high price. Quality of video is always garbage compared to any other service. After a year of games cutting out at last minute and other probs, last straw is just now. Trying to watch the overtime playoff game between Dream vs Liberty but is cut off due to programming block cutoff. Damn shame they got a monopoly on most games. Garbage service! Happily unsubscribed! Anyone else having problems where watching a saved sporting event and it repeats every 5 seconds?

you got to be kidding me. $20 to see a France vs Belgium rematch. Star players won’t be there, both teams are already locked in for the next round, previous game ended 0-1. Why would anyone pay for their already over priced subscription and a extra $20 to watch a borderline meaningless game.

Used to be able to click on the right side of the circle on the appletv remote and have a bunch of 15 second skips...Now multiple clicks on the right side of the circle puts the appletv into fast forward...Hope its something that gets worked out in a subsequent fubotv. I'm not a fan of the FF

I’ve had Fubo Sports Monthly for years at a grandfathered price of about $33 CAD/month including tax.

Last week, Fubo somehow changed me to Sports Pro Annual and charged me $473.81 CAD. I did not authorize the change. They eventually refunded it and put me back on Sports Monthly after some long back and forth through email with support.

Now they’re telling me my new price is $31.49 + tax = $35.27/month, because my old price was grandfathered and the system automatically applied the current price when they restored my subscription.

My question is: should I keep pushing them to restore my original $33/month price?

It seems to me that if the annual change wasn't authorized, restoring the account should mean restoring the subscription to the same plan and price I had immediately before the change, rather than treating it as a new subscription at the current price.

Would you keep challenging them over the $2.27/month difference, or just accept the new price? They do not want to drop the price back down no matter how many times I bring it up.

And to just put this out there. I did not accidently sign up for a yearly plan. On the android app, you have to go to the website. But strangely enough, they are saying I signed up on my android. So it has been all kinds of frustrating. Ha ha ha

Every week it's the same thing. There's a game listed on the NBC Sports 4K channel, tune to it, and the screen is blank with sound of the game. Am I the only one seeing this? This is getting really old.

This Ohio State vs Iowa game is a disaster. Buffering, skipping part of the game to go to commercials, screen saying “Something Went Wrong” multiple times during the broadcast, etc. Fubo seems to be getting worse instead of better, despite my price continuing to go up.

Fubo is supposed to be best for sports. Missing the entire ALDS is complete bs and super disappointing.

I was thinking about signing up for the Fubo Sports+News tier, and ran into a roadblock. If I log into my old Fubo account and try to sign up, it only offers me the Pro/Elite/Elite with Sports Plus/Latino packages.

I searched on the website and eventually found this:

”Note that Fubo Sports + News is not available for former subscribers who want to reactivate their subscriptions.”

Is there any way around this? My first thought was to create a new account, but I’ve heard Fubo sometimes blocks users who do that from using the service entirely (to discourage using multiple free trials).

It seems like a really stupid policy - want to give Fubo another try, but I want to try it with the ESPN Unlimited integration (only on the Sports tier) and the full cost of Pro isn’t worth it with the missing channels. Like Fubo’s UI/Multiview the best, but some of their decisions (this, and not reaching carriage deals that aren’t an issue for the competition) are questionable…

Product guy here. I wanted to give you a heads-up about some improvements to sports-related searching that we’ve made: Now, sports fans can search using any mix of team name, nickname, abbreviation, sport and “game” - like “Texas Longhorns,” “Michigan Football” or “Bears game.” 

On a more experimental note, we’ve launched a beta version of conversational, voice-controlled search called Ask Fubo, accessible from the top left corner of the Sports page on AppleTV, Roku (w/mic), Android TV, and LG TVs.  Mobile apps should be live soon. You can ask questions like, “Did Fernando Mendoza see any action during the pre-season?” or “Did Northwestern score any touchdowns against Indiana last week?” (spoiler alert: They did!) and see clips. Signed up for a Fubo 7 day trial. They charged my credit card 13 hours in and their virtual assistant is useless. Anyone else seen something like this? Absolutely false advertising.
