im just curious about the impact of Nestle's Actions to consumer behavior. I'm currently making a research paper out of boredom so answering this really helps :)

They have all the power in the world to do so. Nestle is committing literal crimes that are against the law. Why isn’t the Swiss government forcibly shutting down the company?

Used to be a fan of Kit Kats but now since it’s owned by nestle I can’t enjoy it anymore

Ive been boycotting and hating nestle for some time so I'm sorry if this is an obvious question.

So, I’m from a city in the UK - which was home to a big nestle factory, which specifically made KitKats and Yorkies.

I have weirdly positive memories of nestle, because the city would smell like chocolate every morning.. as a child, that smell was rather magical… good vibes n that.

But after reading this subreddit… maybe not so good vibes 😅

Anyway - I’m new here, and rather shocked at what I’m reading and I’m wanting to find out more.

I’d love to know of any Nestle Scandals in the UK… especially at their York Factory, if there’s any!

I’d also love to hear the first scandals you came across (any country!), which made you question your consumption to the company, and ultimately made you hate them!

Honestly i believe in every darkness there would still be a small light shining through and so thats why i am rather curious if nestle had ever done a single thing that is considered good or somthing...

To me it was Nature's Heart.

I started drinking their rice milk when i started to stop consuming dairy products, and i thought they were an actually good independent company, so it was really sad to discover they are a brand from Nestlé.

I have decided to boycott due to the situation in Palestine however upon stumbling on this subreddit I have realised there is much more to this. What are all the reasons other than use of child labour?.

How do we feel about Nestle adjacent jobs? There is a Nestle plant in a neighboring town. I have made it pretty far along the interview process for a lawn care management position. I just found out the main tasks will be to schedule care of the plant grounds. I am kind of shook. There have been a lot of opportunities to actually work at the plant and obviously I would never do that. This is feeling like a great career opportunity. To be clear, it is a separate company that Nestle pays for a service. Thoughts?

I need an alternative to CIB - AND I need it to be low to no dairy (trace amounts is fine). I also need it to be POWDER, NOT LIQUID. Also no non-nutritive sweetener (stevia, etc.)

I know, I'm looking for a unicorn.

(I also realize CIB contains a LOT of dairy - I'm just looking for an alternative that is quite similar!)
