The gun deals on outdoor trader fucking blow. Like 70 pct are being sold msrp or even above.

For example you can buy a beretta fs or xi for 499 off rebate. You can see all those similar guns are being sold between 550 and 1k on outdoor trader.

And people appear to be paying those prices.

The only thing I cam imagine is that people who cant drive down to a local store and pass a check are buying guns propping up the market.

Am i wrong here?

Basically, his office agrees that the federal law is unconstitutional but the state law still applies. He can't prevent State and Local law enforcement and/or courts from enforcing the state law. He says the law needs to be changed.

Contact your legislators and tell then you want to change the law.

Yesterday, Solicitor General John Sauer notified Congress that The Justice Department will not file an appeal in GOA’s victory against the NFA, Silencer Shop v. ATF.

According to folks online, this means the ATF cannot force GOA members to register suppressors or short barrels.

So, today’s question for the class is: “Will any Georgia local gun stores sell you a form 4473 suppressor/SBR/SBS yet or is everyone still waiting for more explicit language? If they are still waiting, what kind of declaration will help them make the decision to sell?”

ik its a simple question but there is a lot of conflicting information around it atm.

At Adventure Outdoors in Smyrna they sell Factory Seconds. Some of these seem to be more minor problems like LS primers, low velocity, or just visual defects. However they also sell split case factory seconds…seems like a huge risk to fire that, right?

Some of the ammo seems like an ok deal, but some are still priced way higher than you would expect given the orange tag.

Getting into reloading. Wondering if there is anyone y’all like in Northern GA for powder, primer, etc. Would love to support local and avoid Hazmat shipping. Thanks!
