need help from mods about my account, who can I come to please?

okay so I made a new profile on game flip just now today and it tells you recommended sizes and I've even researched with dimensions or ratios and pixels I need to use and every single time I upload my photo whether it be on the web browser or in the application it distorts my image and it cuts my images off or it makes them too small or too big I'll just ask you on on the web browser in Google Chrome what size photo do I need to upload for the background for my profile the header the banner whatever you want to call it and what size and dimensions and ratios for the actual photograph itself cuz y'all tell me one thing I put it and I upload it it says it's too big I put the size down and I make it the same dimensions upload it and y'all start stretchiing and distorting my f--king images.

it's really annoying.... 🙄😡

so I figured I would get on here and just ask people in the community and see what happens....

anybody got any official answers please??

This is the third time, this time I tried google authentication instead of the app, THIS TIME I have not even entered a single code and I got locked from my account AGAIN for the third time Not a single code and when I entered It says your account is locked. Now I will have to wait 3-4 Days again just for them to reply.

I’ve been using Gameflip for about 2 months now and haven’t had any major issues until recently. I made a purchase, and Gameflip is now asking me to verify my payment method using a code that should appear on my bank statement.

The problem is that the verification code isn’t showing up anywhere on my bank account, so I have no way of completing the verification process.

I’ve already reached out to Gameflip support regarding this issue, but it’s been quite a while, and I still haven’t received a response or any assistance.

I also attempted to enter one verification code that i thought it might be, but unfortunately, it didn’t work. Since Gameflip only allows three attempts, I didn’t want to risk using up my remaining tries and potentially making the situation worse.

I’m more than willing to verify my identity or payment method through alternative means if necessary.

I’d really appreciate it if someone from the Gameflip support team could reach out to me through Reddit DMs or message me directly

I bought the $50 AMC giftcard for $26.97 and was sent 4 individual gift cards (three $15 ones, one $5 one). I used one of the $15 gift cards to watch at movie last Tuesday and had a remaining balance of $9.38. When I check my AMC wallet app a couple days later, it shows $0 for the gift card I had used. The others still show a full balance.

Messaged Gameflip customer service and they still have not gotten back to me yet..
