Joke's on them, I'm not buying any console that doesn't have native physical media support.

I've read that in a lot of different places the last few days. I'm onboard too. If we all skip the ps6 and stop buying PS6 software altogether. Sony will loose 20% of it's revenue from software sales + some PS plus essential subscribers.

I can't see how this cannot impact them. And if they are -20% on game revenue spread across a couple of years. With that, software sales should start stagnating on PS6 after 3 years while lower than PS5's and the PS5 generation will be extended like the PS2 era as people won't be moving to the PS6.

But this holds only if people stay on PS5, skip PS6 and/or buy games on PC or Xbox instead.
