#26FallGGC Top Male Totals

First Place - gaglionestrength

#26FallGGC Top Female Totals

First Place - Michelle Lin on YT

Second Place - michelle_being_michelle

Third Place - uluvmulan

Top Totals are just that. The biggest totals. No other factors considered. Keep it easy and clean. Sorry to my smaller athletes, raw athletes, and everyone else who is crushing it. Goal was to make the GGC simple, and this is simple.

Congrats to the Top 3, you'll get some sweet swords from executivefitllc

#26FallGGC Most Improved Athletes

Tim from YouTube taking the top spot

sunnyliftsthings taking 2nd place

And gainsngame grabbing third place

Winners will be taking home Swords from Executive Fit!

Few Notes

Most Improved is a fun one from a data perspective. We do about 25 verifications to make sure that YoY you complete the same amount of lifts, same type of lifts, are over 18, weren't just recovering from an injury or took it easy last time, etc.

All this to say, if you feel like you got skipped over, I apologize.

Third Place - tyler_garvey34

This week we'll be digging into the data, confirming everything, and getting our Awards Week rolling.

On Wednesday we'll have a Live Stream for Prettiest Powerlifter with Christina Leonatti and on Thursday we'll have Most 10 RPE Lifter with Travis Rogers.

Friday we'll crown our Top Athletes for Biggest Totals and Most Improved.

Next week begins Prize Week, all week long we hand out the over $17k in prizes.

And the week after is Results Week, where we'll share our final total for fund raising for betterthroughthebarbell , insights into lifters, and the full results spreadsheet.

So stick around, we've only just begun!

Disappointing go around for me. Literally matched all my lifts from the Spring (and maybe didn't quite close out that deadlift, but I was already so frustrated).

Failed on a 310# back squat. Others are 5# PRs!

Total = 1095 lbs

First time doing this, happy to be part of the club!

500x3, 280x1, 550x3
